Her alarm clock blared, making her groan, and reached her hand out to turn it off.
She got out of bed and stretchered her body and then walked to the bathroom reached inside the shower and turned it on.
Then she went back into the closet and rubbed her hand down her face while looking in the mirror.
She took off her clothes and then hopped in the shower and started to wash her body off with her shea butter & vanilla body wash.
Once she was done she got out of the shower wrapping a towel around her body, then she went to the sink.
Then grabbed the toothbrush and toothpaste and brushed her teeth, then she grabbed the pink washcloth and washed her face very well.
She shook the sleepiness off, and then went to her room, then went to the dresser and grabbed some baggy ripped light blue Jeans with some white cropped top, and then she walked to her closet and grabbed a light pink hoodie off a hanger.
Dropping her towel, she put on her undergarments and then put on her clothes and then she gathered her dirty clothes along with her dirty towel and took it to the washer and dryer and started it.
Then she made her way back to her room grabbed her light pink Adidas book bag, and then grabbed her cross-body bag off the hook on the back of the door.
She walked to the kitchen where her mother was cutting up, some apples and singing a song in Spanish.
" Buenos días bebé, ¿cómo dormiste?" she said looking up at her daughter all while still cutting up her apples. ( good morning baby how did you sleep )
" I slept good mama," she said standing in front of the island.
"Baby you need to eat more," she said putting her lunch items in her lunch box and then handed to her.
" I know mama," she said grabbed her lunch box, and then her mother gave her a yogurt parfait for her breakfast along with a plastic spoon.
She looked at the time on her phone and saw that she had to leave now if she wanted to make it to the bus on time.
" Tengo que irme, te amo y decirle a papá que lo amo," she said gathering her things. (I have to go I love you and tell dad that I love him )
" I love you too and I will," she said and then Yanira walked out of the house and started to walk to the bus stop that was down the street while eating her yogurt parfait.
Knowing that she wouldn't have time to eat it when she got to school, she got to the bus stop but she waited a couple steps away from the stop so she wouldn't get crowded by all the kids.
