She was working on a batch of mallowmelt when she heard a high pitched scream coming from upstairs...

Her only thought was her daughter, and what could be happening to her at this very moment.
So she raced up at the stairs, while absentmindedly yelling at a gnome to get Grady from out of the pastures.
Breathing heavily, Edaline reached Sophie's room and flung open the door.

Inside, she found her daughter on the floor. She was clutching a piece of paper in her hand so tightly, that her hand was red. Tears were streaming down her face like a waterfall, and there was a puddle of water where they fell. The poor flowers in the carpet were soaked, but so was Sophie. Her hair fell in front of her face and wet streaks were clung to her cheeks with tears. But what scared Edaline the most, was the fact that soon after she barged in the room..
Her body fell to the ground in a heap, and her breathing stopped.
