I know that probably wasn't a hugeeeee shock to anyone, but it's different than what's in Stellarlune...
Amy's pov:
I heard a knock at my door, I wasn't expecting anyone, so I was a little skeptical about opening the door. I finally decided, too. To my shock, Sophie's soon to be boyfriend stood there, soaking wet. I stood there for a few seconds, confused, and shocked. But I finally spooke the words that he probably wished he wouldn't hear, "What are you doing here?"
Keefe stood there contemplating what to say, and that was when my brain finally realized that it was pouring rain outside, and I should probably let Keefe in.
HUNKYHAIR'S POV:
It was raining hard, and I had to use my photographic memory to remember which house was Amy's. Thank you for one thing, Mother Dearest. The photographic memory really does come in handy. Amy asked what I was doing here, but I didn't know how to answer her in the shortest way possible or if I could just not tell her with words at least.
During my thinking session, Amy asked another question, one that I could answer this time. "Do you want to come in? My parents aren't home, and we can put you in the secret room I have in my closet!"
I just nodded, and if we are being honest, a secret room does sound pretty sweet!
The Foster's house was small compared to elvin houses, but a mansion compared to some other houses in the area. The backyard had a tree house, and a fence lined the perimeter. There was a dog outside barking at us and a cat inside, sitting on the couch. "Marty," I said without thinking.
"What?" Amy asked, confusion written across her features, and a crease formed between her eyebrows, just like Foster. Stop, stop, stop! U can't be thinking about her, I scolded myself. It breaks my heart, but I have to do what is best for her. She deserves so much better, and I am just another burden for her. She will live a happy life with Fitzroy, and they will have amazing, powerful babies. He's way better than me, and he would do a better job of being Sophie's boyfriend. I know that he broke up with her, but he will get over it. Sure, he might have some anger issues, but I am the one with Mother, Father, and life issues. I am a nobody, and I am only here for my "Legacy." I ran away twice now! Why?For Sophie, not Foster, Sophie. The brave, amazing, kind, caring, smart, beautiful Sophie. She deserves someone way better, and I know that a Vacker will be able to fulfill that.
After being in deep thought, for Alden knows how long, I came back to the depressing real world. My brain finally comprehended what Amy said, so I croaked out, "Your cat, Foste-Sophie, told me about him." My voice was rusty after not using it for a while, so I cleared my throat a couple of times to bring back life to it.
Amy just smiled like Edaline does when she sees me and Foster together. The good old days....."Yeah, he is my cat. Sophie must talk to you about a lot of things. I know you are very special to her." Amy said with a wink at the end.
Before I could answer, another voice said, "Hunkyhair is very special to Blondie, but not as important as Blondie is to Hunkyhair. You already know that, though, we have talked about it so many times with Blondie's mom and Sparkly girl."
Oh no
