ELLAS POV
"Ella honey are you ready? you're gonna be late"My mum said running into my room

"yes mum i just need to grab my bag"i say picking up my bag

"oh honey you look wonderful "she kisses my head."have you got your outfit for try outs in you bag honey"

"yes mum,i have to go i don't want to be late for my first day"I hug her before i leave my room,My brother kian was waiting for me in the car he would also be starting the school today as a senior, I was a junior we were only a year apart in age.Well he was the oldest in his grade and i was the youngest in my grade.

"You nervous?"he asks as i jump in the car.

"I mean who wouldn't be,we don't know anyone there its a bit scary"I say back to him checking my bag to make sure i had everything i needed.

"Thats true,well we both have try outs today so we will probably make friends fast i would say"Kian turns the radio on and starts tapping the steering wheel to the beat.

"Yes probably"I say,I never really cared much for cheerleading.My mum was head cheerleader and my dad was Captain of the football team,so they have very high expectations for us.They were high school sweethearts,it was so sweet listening to their stories from high school.I don't really believe in that sort of stuff,like high school sweethearts,I just don't think i will work out with each other.Obviously my parents are living proof but i mean they wanted the exact same thing to be lawyers.So they both went to Harvard together.There was no long distance at all they have always been together.Maybe if they wanted different things they wouldn't have worked out.

"We are here"Kian says snapping me out of my thoughts.

"god i am scared,its already been a few weeks into the year they are gonna spot me out like a sore thumb"

"Same with me but it's fine we can stick out like thumbs together"I laugh at that and we leave the car.Everyone was staring at us it felt like being a celebrity and paparazzi following you and watching closely.
Me and Kian went straight to the principals office and sat and waited outside for him to come out.The principal had arranged a student from our homeroom to show us around the school.We had to meet them straight away in the morning they would bring us to homeroom and all of our classes.

"If mines a girl i hope she is smokin hot"Kian says turning to face me.

"Ew i don't need to know that"I say chuckling

"Well if yours is a boy i bet you would hope the same thing"he wiggles his eyebrows at me.I just shake my head god i swear he had something wring with him.

A man walked out stopping our conversation.

"You must be Ella and Kian am i right?"He says coming towards us with a big grin.

"Yes i am Kian and thats my little sister Ella"He says and shakes the mans hand.I stand up and wave shyly.

"Guys come into my office"We walk into his office,It smelt like a sweet shop,It was clean not a spec of dust to be seen.

My brother and him talk for a while,They mostly talk about our parents.Mr Lee had known them from when he went to this school.Prom king and Queen.Everyone wanted to be them.I did not.
Our parents went to this school and we were sent here to carry on the family name.
Boring.I just wanted to be back in New York with my old friends.

"Ah look they are here"Mr lee says as two girls walk into the room with us.

"Carly this is Kian,You will be showing him around you have most classes together so i don't think it will be to much trouble"Carly was very pretty she had dirty blonde hair and amazing teeth her smile was pure gold.
I could see kian winking at me,I shake my head in disgust.

"And Ella this is Natalie,You guys are in the same homeroom and you two actually have all your classes together"The bell rang interrupting the conversation.

"Right guys of to class hope you have a good first day guys"Everyone leaves the room and kian ends up walking the opposite way as me and Natalie.

"Is that your brother?"She says cutting the awkwardness.

"yes it is"

"He is so cute"I chuckle

"Thanks i guess"

"Your parents must be so good looking i mean look at you and your brother you are gods"I just smile

"Thanks thats probably the best compliment i have ever had"Natalie actually seemed to be really nice.

"No problem,So Ella where did you guys move from?"

"New York,My parents come from Boston though so we moved hear to be closer to family"

"Oh well do you know anyone from this school?"She asks

"No not a single person"I say smiling at her.

"Thats great,You can hang out with me and my friends,they would love you"She says grabbing my hands and jumping up and down.

We talked a bit more walking to Homeroom,I found out that she was also trying out for the Cheer team,She had been on it all her life so she knew she would get back in.

We finally made it to homeroom everyone was already in there sitting in their spots.
Everyone turned to look at me,I gulped.

I walk over to the teacher,she introduces herself as Mrs cooper.She left two spare chairs next to each other for me and Natalie to sit in.

"I only have one rule in my class Ella do i hope you respect it,If i am talking please do not talk over me thats it"

"Thats fine Mrs Cooper I wont"I go to sit in my seat and me and Nat talk for a bit until Mrs Cooper starts to talk i listen it wanting to get in to trouble on my first day.

THIRD PERSON

"Hey Nat"a boy whispers to nat.She ignores him not wanting to get into trouble as well.

"Nat"He keeps saying.

"Ugh what do you want Evans?"She turns to look at him clearly annoyed.

"Who's the new girl"He says looking over to Ella.

"Her name is Ella,She moved from New York,She has a older brother who is so hot,cant think of anything else,oh wait she is trying out for the cheer team later,is that enough chris?"She says raising her eyebrows

"Yes thats fine"Chris cant help but look at her she was so beautiful.

Ella turned her head and caught him staring she gave him a little smile and turned back to listen to Mrs Cooper.

Chris heart skipped a beat,He knew then he had to know more about that girl.
