Hey friends, sorry it's been a while since I updated, but I didn't want to have any spoilers for Daydream. They're kind of in tandem now, so updates should be a bit more regular. Thanks for the love!! -Joelle

Fiona

"Me? Really? He's fucking delusional," I shake my head. Men.

"Why?" Drum growls.

"They thought taking you and selling you would be the best revenge for what he lost," she cries. "I'm sorry," she blubbers. She looks nothing like the cocky woman I've met the few times she was at Maze's warehouse while I was there. She looks incredibly weak now and I'm loving it.

"Are you though? Cause you seemed to be having a great time while my boyfriend fucked you!" I spit angrily. The audacity of King pisses me off. What kind of name is King? How full of yourself can you get? Then this chick, thinking she'll get any remorse from me.

She cries harder. "I had to," she said. "They told me to get that to happen, no matter what."

"So, you got Maze to fuck you to help King get to me?"

"Yes. He's always been obsessed with you, Maze too. But after that raid, he's gone crazy. There's no telling him no. He wanted blackmail material."

"Did you record yourselves?" I ask. Just the thought makes me a little sick.

"Th-there were cameras, yes," she shakes out.

"How many cameras? Did you put them there?" I ask, trying hard to not think about the video evidence someone has of Maze cheating on me.

"No, I didn't put them there! I have no idea how many there are," she cries.

"Who did?" Drum asks lowly.

"I don't know! I was just told what to do!" She snivels and there's snot all over her face. Gross.

"Who told you to do these things? King? King and Beast? Is the whole club in on it?"

"It was King and their enforcer. He's new I think, I've only met him once. He's the one who told me what to do."

Before I can ask who it is, there's a knock at the top of the stairs that Drum roughly answers. I hear Shade's voice yell down that we're needed upstairs In Declan's office before he disappears.

"Well, I guess we should go see what that's about," I grumble and head to the stairs with Drum following me.

"Wait! You can't leave me down here!" Margie screams.

"Uh, yeah, we can. You'll be fine," I tell her, leaving her screaming and crying while we lock the doors and jog up the stairs. When we're in the hallway that leads to Declan's office, we can hear yelling through the door and pick up the pace. When we open the door, the last thing I was expecting was to see Declan looming over Maze and screaming in his face.

"You should have fucking told us!" He rages and Maze's gaze is down as he takes the verbal lashing.

"What's going on?" Drum asks while I actively keep my gaze away from Maze.

"Why didn't you tell me what he did, Fi?" Declan looks to me, rage in his eyes. The rage slowly turns to sadness and guilt, which is completely misplaced.

"You know why," I whisper and see his eyes mist over.

"It doesn't matter what's going on, you tell me when you need me. Always," he insists and walks over to me and hugs me tight. I wrap myself around him, soaking in the comfort he's giving me while I try to give him some back.
