Previously on BFDI TF Saga (2023 Remaster): The Extraordinary End, Persephone Gillman was face to face with Beverly, who was ready to transform her just like what happened with Clementine.
"It's going to be a very great transformation for you, Persephone, you're going to make a great Davidian.... isn't that right?" Beverly then grabbed Persephone and forced her to be on her knees, before she crossed her arms, "Now, look up... take a nice, long look at this face, this is the face of YOUR demise!"

Beverly was smirking at Persephone. She then grabbed a syringe and began the process again. She walked towards Persephone...
"No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no..." Persephone whimpered as she noticed Beverly walked over towards her, as the footsteps became louder and louder. "It's too late for begging now. You. little. bitch!" Beverly then grabbed Persephone and injected the transformative serum, jabbing right into Persephone's collarbone, as she screamed. Persephone felt the transformation serum beginning to flow through her bloodstream, as she screamed in pure agony.
Instead of a black color on her fingertips, a grayish color was beginning to spread up her arms, as her fingers and palms were shrinking, becoming thinner and before she knew it, her hands were no longer hands, but kind of stiff. The grayness spread up her arms, as her arms were becoming thinner and thinner. She screamed as she could hear cracking and popping. But the grayness didn't stop here, as the grayness was beginning to spread down her torso, as she heard an even more painful cracking and popping, her body beginning to become thinner and thinner, as she could feel her organs getting crushed. She began to cough up blood until she vomited out a whole puree of crushed organs, blood, and calcite powder. Her body thinning also had crushed her womanhood, and nullified it, making her technically genderless, but still a woman nonetheless.
She could feel her legs becoming thinner and thinner as her ample B-Cup breasts dissolved into nothing. She could feel her legs becoming gray and thin... more of those stick figures. She also felt the skin on her face beginning to rapidly pale out as she also caught a glimpse of something, her short, black hair was beginning to turn purple and rapidly grow out.
Her nose and ears melted back to her face as her eyebrows became bushier, furrowing down to look angrier. Her brown eyes turned gray as she could feel them becoming slits. Her mouth turned gray and lips were reduced to a gray line. With the last few changes, the physical changes were complete.
