Anxiety Attack

Charlie

Over the next two weeks Charlie began to feel more and more like himself again. The nightmares were less frequent and so were the flashbacks.

Supported by Nick and his friends he knew the last pieces of him would be put back together by the therapy sessions he was about to start.

He woke up early before Nick and snuggled into him. He ran his hand up over his abs and chest, marvelling at how gorgeous his boyfriend was.

Nick's alarm for work went off and Charlie reached over and turned it off.
"You're awake early." Nick giggled.
"Mmhmm." Charlie murmured and rolled on top of him, kissing him.
"I need to get ready for work." Nick chuckled.
"Just five minutes." Charlie whispered as he started grinding against him.
"Mmm okay." Nick moaned softly, running his hands over Charlie's back.

Nick got in the shower feeling very satisfied and still slightly giddy. Charlie did things to him that he'd never experienced before and he already couldn't get enough.

He already felt a deep level of intimacy with him through only rubbing against each other with their boxers on and it would only get better.

By the time he got out of the shower, he was already running a little late, he wrapped a towel around his waist and heard the flat buzzer.

"How come you're not dressed yet?" Tao asked when Nick opened the door to him.
"Running a little late." He said but couldn't hide his smirk.
"I don't wanna know." Tao laughed.

Nick went into the bedroom to get dressed and as soon as he was through the door Charlie was on him, wrapping his arms around his neck and kissing all over his face.

"I'm gonna be late for work, and Tao's here." He giggled.
"Just a quick kiss." Charlie said, kissing him passionately.
"I'm gonna be late!" He laughed.

"Leave him alone Charlie!" Tao called from the living room.

They both giggled and Charlie unwrapped himself from Nick.
"Go have a shower." Nick laughed and gently swatted Charlie's bum, an action that made him pause and worry he'd taken it too far.
"Okay, I'm going." Charlie giggled.

Nick watched him leave the room, surprised but excited by the fact he'd had no reaction to him touching his bum. It was an area that had been strictly off limits and Nick's mind started to wander to what it'd be like to squeeze it while kissing him and he had to distract himself or he really would be late for work.

He got himself ready and went into the kitchen to say goodbye to Charlie. He was stood by the coffee machine which is where Nick found him most mornings.
"I'll see you later." He said softly, wrapping his arms around Charlie from behind and kissing his neck.
"See you later." Charlie said as he turned around and kissed him.
"I think I preferred it when you two were just friends." Tao teased from the sofa.
"Call me at lunch and let me know how your first session goes." Nick said, ignoring Tao's comment.
"Okay." Charlie whispered, smiling at him and kissed him again.
"I really have to go." Nick chuckled.
"Okay." Charlie whispered, kissing him.
"Let him go!" Tao laughed.

Nick and Charlie reluctantly let go of each other and held affectionate eye contact.
"I love you." Nick said softly.
"I love you too." Charlie said, beaming at him.
"Bye Tao." Nick said as he turned to leave the room.
"Bye." Tao replied.
