ℭiara, catch!" Mama C called, laughing.
She threw the beach ball at me, I tried to catch it, but failed, leading to the ball falling into the water with a splash.
The water splashed onto me, and I started laughing too, while Mama D pouted.
Mama D wanted to catch the ball, but Mama C threw it at me instead.
"Mom!" I laughed.
"Which mom?" Mama D asked.
Yeah, if you haven't guessed it yet, I have two Moms.
Others have one Mom and one Dad, but I had two Moms and zero dads.
And I was happy with that.
"Mama C!!! You missed, and now, I have water all over me!!!" I whined.
"Oh, stop! We are IN the water at the beach, you are already wet!" Mama C called out.
"It's getting late, you all!" Mama D reminded once again. "We need to go back to the hotel. The water isn't..."
"...isn't safe at night, we know!" Mama C and I finished.
"But we are having so much fun!!!" I complained, as Mama D playfully started dragging Mama C and me out of the water.
"Well, let us atleast watch the sunset and take photos!" Mama C compenasted.
"...fine!!!" Mama D gave in. "But only for ten minutes. After that, we are going back to the hotel!"
We all agreed with a handshake and started walking along the beach.
The warm sand dug into my wet feet, and I saw a few beautiful sea shells.
I picked them up, I wanted to gift Mama C a necklace for her birthday.
And which gift would be better than a self- and lovemade necklace from a daughter?
I started picking up the shells and ran to catch up woth my Mamas.
We walked up a tiny sand hill, it seemed like as if no one had climbed it up before.
When we finally reached the top, I took a sharp breath.
Because the view was just breathtaking.
The blue-est waves were crashing against the sand, the orangish sun met the ocean, and the seagulls were flying above the beach.
"Wow" Mama C whispered, awestruck, and squeezed Mama D's hand. "It looks gorgeous!"
"It does." Mama D agreed and they both looked deep into each others eyes and started kissing.
Ugh.
I mean, couldn't these parents kiss when their child wasn't there?!?!??!
That was gross!!!
So I decided to explore the wonderful unused beach.
I ran down the hill and my feet dug into the sand, and I just enjoyed the moment while it lasted.
But, suddenly, I stumbled upon something and fell down.
Ouch.
That hurt.
Luckily, it was sand, so i didn't get hirt very badly, so I stood up again and took a look at the thing, that I had stumbled upon.
It was a skull.
