Olivia:

-"I told you specifically to not buy chips Ravi!" Mom told dad,her hands on her hips.

Dad looked like a toddler at that moment and he looked at Mom with a frown.

-"But the kids wanted them!" He said.

Mom let out a breath and pinched the bridge of her nose as me and my brothers started laughing.

-"Understandable, but 5 BAGS!?!?!?"

-"The more the better." Dad shrugged.

-"Your kids will end having a seizure." Mom threw a towel at him. "Do the dishes."

-"As you wish m'lady." Dad fake bowed and went to work.

Mom flopped on the couch next to us and Stanley cuddled up to her.

-"I can't believe you guys are going to university next year." She tucked a strand of hair behind my ear.

-"Yeah, well we still have to do our EPQ." Kayan stuffed his mouth with chips and went to take some from my bowl, but I slapped his hand away. "Jerk." He mumbled.

-"Oh right the EPQ." Mom said, "What are you guys thinking?"

Kayan started talking about how he's going to do his project on AI technology and if it will surpass humans and things like that, but I was still wondering. Maybe I should do something...Well if I do anything involving a crime or case it'll probably end up being illegal so I just settled on dystopian literature.

-"Aw,Liv, are you going to explain how killing zombies affects our life?" Kayan teased.

-"It's much more than zombies you freak." I laughed. "Well I still hope that Cambridge accepts a bunch of chaotic kids like us."

-"Yeah because I'm telling you,I can't breath without Jules,so she better be there."

-"You're such a simp." Dad said and threw water at him.

-"Says who?" Kayan shot him a look.

-"Ravi Singh the Ravishing."

-"Well I'm Kayan Singh the Kayashing." Kayan huffed.

Stanley started laughing.

-"That sounds like kayaking." He said, "Or some lame boat name."

-"Stan." Kayan warned.

I excused myself and decided to go upstairs to my room. I talked with Jules on face time until like 3.00 AM and as I was about to go to sleep, there was a notification on my phone.

-"Jesus Jules..." I mumbled as I went to pick it up.

My blood froze. I stared at the screen, the message that had popped on it,a thousand questions running through my mind.

Unknown:
-You're really a tough one,sweetheart.

I kept staring for a bit more before deciding to just leave it.

Just a prank. Just a prank. Just a stupid prank.

I forced myself to calm down and take deep breaths. Try and think who and why would send me this. No logical explanation. I never harmed anybody.

I wasn't going to tell my friends just yet. If I received another one, then maybe Sherlock gang needed to go back into action.

THE NEXT NIGHT:

-"I swear to god if you put on Annabelle or The Conjuring I'm out." Rui threatened and pointed at Layla with a bag of chips.

-"Mathematically ridiculous." Aaron mocked.
