No one's POV

As soon as Arial walked through the front door, she made a beeline for the shower, eager to wash away the day's exhaustion. Afterwards, she collapsed onto her bed, feeling a deep sense of relief and comfort. "It's so good to be back home," she thought to herself, savoring the feeling of being in her own space. The mission had forced her to be away for far too long, and now she could finally relax and unwind in the comfort of her own home.
Arial's phone buzzed, catching her attention. She picked it up to find a notification from her bank: the payment for her previous mission had been deposited, just as the head officer had promised. A sense of satisfaction and relief washed over her, knowing that her hard work had been compensated.
Arial dove into the briefing for her next mission, her eyes scanning the documents with focus. She learned that the target was a young CEO, only slightly older than herself, named Lycan. Her interest piqued, she continued reading, discovering that Lycan had an older brother, Leo, who ran his own company abroad. This new information sparked a flurry of questions in her mind, and she found herself eager to learn more about the Wilson brothers and their business dealings.
Arial's eyes narrowed as she read the briefing, her focus on the key points. Lycan, the CEO, was under suspicion of engaging in a nefarious activity, but the authorities had yet to uncover any concrete evidence. With the police stumped, Arial had been brought in to investigate further. Her mission was clear: determine if the allegations were true, uncover the nature of the activity, and gather irrefutable proof to bring to light.
Arial quickly dialed the head officer's number, and when he answered, he said, "I assume you've seen your payment?"
Arial responded with a crisp "Yes, sir," before pressing on with her concern. "Regarding the mission, sir..."
The head officer's tone turned inquiring, "What about it?"
Arial explained her worry, "If I approach the CEO, I'm certain he'll investigate me. Can you create a fake identity for me?"
The head officer's response was swift and reassuring, "Consider it done."

Meanwhile, at the Lycan residence, a heated exchange was underway. Mrs. Wilson, Lycan's mother, was sternly reprimanding her son, her voice raised in distress. "Lycan, what did you do to upset Clara? She's been in a foul mood ever since you got back!"
Lycan stood before her, his expression defensive, as he tried to explain himself amidst his mother's admonishments.
Lycan attempted to reason with his mother, "Mum, I know you've been trying to set me up with Clara, but I don't have romantic feelings for her."
His mother's expression turned stern, "Do you want to spend the rest of your life alone?" she pressed.
"Clara is the perfect match for you, and you need to accept that," she insisted.
Lycan stood firm, "I'm sorry, Mum, but I can't accept it."
His mother's tone turned incredulous, "And why is that?" she demanded, her eyes narrowing in disapproval.
Lycan dropped a bombshell, "I already have a girlfriend, Mum."
His mother's skepticism was palpable, "I don't believe you."
She crossed her arms, her eyes narrowing, "If you're really in a relationship, why didn't you mention it sooner?"
Lycan stood firm, "If you don't believe me, I'll bring her to meet you before next month."
His mother raised an eyebrow, "Why not tomorrow?" she pressed.
Lycan hesitated, "She's out of town right now."
With that, he turned and headed to his room, leaving his mother still unconvinced.
