Chapter 11

"Bolu dearie, how are you doing?" I asked as I got to her with Tee , who was smiling with all her teeth.

   "Good as new and you guys? How have you been?" She asked.

   "Me I'm fine oo", Tee said before I could reply.

    "Why are you speaking for yourself only?" I asked giving her a stink eyes.

      "Because it's only myself that I know of and can speak for",she replied.

      "Ehen, so it has reach like that abi?"

       "Yes nau",sh responded.

       "Ehen, better person",I said , turning to Bolu.

       "I'm fine joor and I feel like I am the only one that is fine",I said eyeing Tee.

       " You guys ehn", Bolu said , shaking her head.

       " Let's go to class sha",she completed.

 
     Surprisingly, the class was almost filled to the brim that only our seats were left, thank God seat neighbors kept it for us.

   Students that seldom attend class were there , all doing one thing or the other but the most concentrated crowd were on Chris seat. They were all there, listening to whatever Chris was saying.

     Abi they saw expo ni?

   "What do you is think he's telling them that got them all so engrossed?" Tee asked, voicing out my thoughts.

     "I think the question should be why this people are here in the first place ", Bolu said and I unconsciously threw a gaze at Tee, which she returned. Bolu sounded like she knows something.

   " Is there something we are missing here?", I asked cocking my head.

     " Are you guys not on the class group?" She asked and I shook my head swiftly.

   Okay, that wasn't a complete lie, I hadn't been active lately.

   "Okay then, the idiot told everyone on the group that there's a new professor, for those that didn't know, and that for all that would like to meet him and be his friend should come to class as early as 9am",she explained.

     "Okay that's new",tiny voices commented.

   "What's new, Chris acting like Chris?"

    "Nope,the idiot part"

     "Yeah,I agree".

     "What? Did Marcus approve of that?"Tee asked.

     " No,but you know the way he's all about Marcus nau,he even told them about his nationality, academics,facial features and all",she said and shrugged.

     " I am,in a way, not surprised since it's Chris. It's so Chris -like ,I'd say",I replied and Tee agreed while Bolu drew a long hiss.

   Hope there's no problem like this.

   Remind me to ask later.

  "He's probably telling them more stories about him", Tee said, shaking her head.

   "And what amuses me is that they are actually listening to him, it's seeming like he's telling some moonlight tale to children. I just feel like Chris's energy is so attractive,what do you think?", I asked, intentionally facing Bolu.
