Y/N COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT, the actual Spiderman seemed to be just as into her as she was with him, but she wasn't sure what she was going to do under these circumstances. Of course she wanted to kiss him, but there was one of her other senses telling her not to, and she had no clue why. He was so perfect for her. The hero saved her many times, his personality seemed fine, and she was head over heels with him, so she couldn't see what the problem with him.

After a few seconds of zoning out with her E/C eyes practically burning holes into the man's Spiderman suit, he started to feel his face heat up in embarrassment and even he was beginning to grow shocked by what he'd just said, and he couldn't help but wave each of his hands up at her while he backed away, nervous laughing leaving his throat as he did so.

"I.. I'm sorry...! That was so weird, I don't know what made me say that..!!" The hero mumbled out with his voice all shaky due to the fact that he was getting even more scared. He didn't know why he couldn't bring himself to get confidence because whenever he did, he was quick to back down, and that was something he hated about himself.

Y/N was someone he really liked, so he couldn't help himself, but at the same time he thought he needed to calm down. Little did he know, she didn't really see an issue with what it was he'd just said to her, she just wasn't sure how to feel about it. She only nodded at him with a gentle smile that completely accepted his apology, but for some reason that hurt the hero.

There was just a small part of him that was hoping she would take charge and give him a kiss, but if that's not what she wanted to do, he wasn't going to bug her for it. After all, he wanted her comfortable, especially for the future between them.

"Ah... I should probably go now, right...?" Spiderman tried to cover his visible discomfort with a smile and some laughter, but with each sound and movement he made, it was becoming more and more clearer to the H/C haired teen, but she didn't know what to do. She wanted to let him know that he wasn't bothered at all, but he was getting so scared, so then she was worried about making him feel bad.

"What? Why do you need to go...?" Y/N questioned with an almost desperate glint that flashed across her pretty face. That made the man's heart do cartwheels throughout his body, but he didn't want to make that obvious. He just shot up from his sitting position and pursed his lips underneath his mask, his breaths slowly rising.

Shaking his head as he clenched his hands into fists, he then gritted his teeth and cleared his throat, hoping he didn't make anything too awkward for them. "It's a big city, somebody definitely needs saving right now, uhh... S-So I'm just gonna go and see who that s-somebody is..."

Now the other teen was feeling hurt by the hero. Unsure of what to say or even do, she casted her E/C eyes to the ground and didn't do anything but sit there, sad. But that was also because she knew how correct he was. He had a job to do, and now she was only feeling like she was disrupting him, "Oh, yeah... You're right. Sorry."

The dry tone in Y/Ns voice definitely didn't go unnoticed by the male so he was quick to curse to himself in his head. He hated himself for deciding to leave all because he didn't get what he wanted, but now it felt like it was too late to stay and chat with the young woman, so he just frowned and turned on his heel, taking slow steps as he did so.

Staring at his broad back while he stuck his hand out and shot a quick web that quickly pulled him out of the window, the E/C eyed girl then bit the inside of her cheek and propped her chin up against the palm of her hand, a sigh passing her mouth.

As she quietly thought to herself, she heard a notification sound from her device and she was quick to pick her phone up. She thought that if she had someone to distract her, she wouldn't need to think about whatever it was that just happened to her, but what she saw was unexpected. She had gotten a text from Harry, and it seemed like it was urgent.

HARRY
Y/N?? Can I speak to you please??

Y/N
What's the matter Harry??

HARRY
Please, I don't think I have anytime for
questions rn Y/N. Do you think you have
any time to come to me??

Y/N
Umm, my dad isn't going to want me
to go anywhere, I'm sorry Harry

HARRY
JUST SNEAK OUT, I NEED YOU

Those last few words really made Y/Ns eyebrows raise against her forehead, and a large feeling of guilt was quick to enter her. She looked over at her door and allowed her eyebrows to go inwards, then she cursed to herself. She was definitely the type to help a friend when they needed it, so she thought this one time couldn't have been that horrible.

And on the plus side, she wouldn't have to think about the hero she'd just seen. She could be focusing on something more important than him, even if he wasn't fully out of her life. She thought maybe it could be good for her, and she was going to be there for a friend.
