Taima: umm uncle my friend has come to our city so I was telling him he shouldn't stay at hotels, I've my uncle's house here,so I invited him, he will stay for a month.Is it ok?

Mr.Ashraf : It's ok that's a good thing,tell Your friend he can stay here.(leaves)

Sami: He is good to everyone except my sister.

Javid : where is Your sister btw? What does she do all day in  that room?

Taima : she prays, she listens to the audio of the quran and writes something you know she writes even though she can't see.

Javid: Did you see what she write?

Taima: She don't let me see.

Sami: I tried to see once but she could sense it and threw a pillow on me.

Javid : Haha..

Sami: btw tell us about your friend Taima apu.

Taima : He is cool, he always fight with me,Maisha also knew him.

Javid: common friend! Interesting.

Zain: yahh I had a great hard time in finding house.

Taima: Assalamualaikum sir, sorry for trouble.

Taima : That Yusuf  told you? Keep your mouth shut, we are in temporary breakup mode,I'll only talk to him if he become successful to make my parents agree. Let's go to meet Your would be in laws.

Mr.Ashraf : what do you do?

Zain: I'm  pilot,I met them while I took a vacation from work.

Javid: will you all let him rest? go Taima show him around and his room too.

Nuha: what happened?  You look tense.

Mirah: I dont know but I am feeling so weird like something will happen.

Nuha: api, I heard maa to talk with papa, she wants you to get married as you are turning 27 next month.

Mirah: No,I Can't get married, if they ask me I'll say no.

Nuha: You know na Maa will not agree,and are you going to be like this forever?  What if he is not in Your fate?

Mirah: If he is not in my fate I'll not be in someone else's fate.

Zain: why someone will say her anything?  She barely comes out as you said.

Taima: huh uncle always taunts her on her disabilities. But if you react much you’ll be bad infront of him which will be a problem  please be patience.

Zain: I'll try but first let me meet her.

Taima: wait here, I'll ask her.

(Saying that she enters into Maisha's room)

Maisha: who?

Taima: me. Maisha someone wants to meet you,a guy whom you want to meet too.

Maisha: guy? Who?

Taima: You asked me about Jin? He is here, he is staying here for sometimes.

Maisha: oh but what will I say? I dont remember anything.

Taima: You don't have to, you can create new memories, now wear this I know you are uncomfortable in showing face.

Maisha: I'm uncommon around men too.

Taima: You'll be comfortable, come with me.

(Taima almost drags her out,but there is a pin drop silent )

Taima: will you guys say something?

Maisha: I'm sorry but I dont remex anything but she said we were close enough.

Zain: Y..yesh..w...we were (his voice cracking as he got emotional)

Maisha : Are you ok?

Taima: you guys talk I'll be back.

(Maisha holds Taima's hand)

Maisha : please don't go you know na I'm uncomfortable.

Zain: It's ok Taima you should stay.

Maisha: Thanks for understanding, I hope you enjoy your staying here.

(Saying that she went too her room again)

Taima: she will be okay, she was like that in her teenage days too.

Zain: and you were rude with her back then.

Taima: sorry sir my fault,but if I had always clings onto her she would have never changed.

Zain: Maybe you are right.

Maisha's pov

What a fool I am!  I could have asked him some more questions like how he is! I am so weird,oh Allah why I am like this? I'll try to talk with him next time,maybe he can help me remembering my past.

Author : Hey how are you all? I'm good, but something is distressing me? Have you heard the incident of Maumita Devnath in west Bengal?  It's terrible, almost all of us south asian girls have faced such bad touch things atleast, but this case was terrific, I even dreamt of these things last night , I read many girls uncomfortable situations in Facebook, some of them faced these by realtives I'm lucky my relatives are not disgusting but ofcorse I've also suffered uncomfortable situations on public vehicles and roads,I hope the world become a good place for us to survive🥺
