THE NEXT MORNING, Yuri woke up with a small pit in her stomach.

Today was the start of her and Sunghoon's fake dating deal, and to say the girl was nervous would be a complete understatement, considering she knew the students in her school. The girl could just picture the glances and glares of Sejong High's grade twelve students.

Sunghoon was one of the most worshiped students at Sejong High. Every girl desperately wanted to hit it off with him, however they all knew they had absolutely no chance considering Semi wouldn't let anyone even come close to her boyfriend.

The thought of Semi and how hysterical she would become when she finds out about the 'new couple', terrified Yuri.

The thought of it made her stomach churn. Before she had agreed to the deal, she had completely forgotten that Semi was even a factor. If Semi got her hands on Yuri even for a brief second, the Choe girl would be completely done for.

Which is why decided to make it her mission that day to avoid her with every chance she got.

Yuri rushed down the stairs and to the front door of her home once she heard the sound of her doorbell ringing. She felt the nerves bubbling in her stomach as she opened the door to reveal Sunghoon.

His hair looked slightly damp, as if he had just gotten out of the shower, and it was slightly slicked to the side, as usual. He was clad in his uniform attire, which was the Sejong blazer and pants with a loose white button up underneath it, along with a pair of worn out converse.

"Hey." Sunghoon said with a slight smolder on his face as he leaned on the doorway, arms shoved inside of his pockets.

"Dad! I'm leaving!" Yuri informed her father, shouting loud enough for him to hear from upstairs. She frantically grabbed her backpack off of the hook and left.

"You've got a nice house." Sunghoon told the girl, taking one last glance at it as they walked out of the driveway, the moon still in the periwinkle-colored sky due to how early it was.

"Thanks." She said in response. Yuri's house was fairly nice. It was a decently big (though not insanely), it having two stories and being decorated with many windows and light grey wood all around.

The fake couple walked in silence as awkwardness took over the atmosphere, the sound of night crickets still audible.

Yuri had given Sunghoon her number the day prior, in order to send him her address, and it ironically turned out that the two lived decently close to each other.
