A WEEK HAD gone by, and the two teenagers were beginning to get used to their fake relationship.
They would walk to the bus stop together every morning, sit next to each other on the bus, hold hands in the hallways, and they sat with each other at lunch so regularly, that Yuri's friends were starting to warm up to Sunghoon's.
Yuri also hadn't mentioned the incident with Kim Semi to Sunghoon. Worried about how the boy would react, she just suspected it would be better off if she just kept quiet.
Yuri had just finished her usual dance practice, and since Sunghoon was practicing basketball in the same sports center where her dance studio was, the boy had offered to meet her outside and walk her home.
Yuri smiled giddily once she saw her fake boyfriend standing outside of her studio, while his basketball friends were lingering nearby. "Ready to go?" Sunghoon questioned her, and the girl responsively nodded her head.
Sunghoon said goodbye to all his friends as Yuri did the same. "Bye, Yuri." Park Jay waved with a smile as the girl walked off with Sunghoon.
Another thing about the past week, was Park Jay. He had been talking to Yuri more in the past week than he had in the whole year, and the Choe girl just couldn't understand why.
The boy had always been nice to her, but recently, it had been too nice.
However, Yuri didn't mind it. She enjoyed the Park boy's kind words and constant compliments.
"What was that about?" Sunghoon questioned, eyeing Jay as the two walked away from the group."What was what about?" Yuri raised an inquisitive eyebrow at the boy's strange remark.
"That. You and Jay." Sunghoon shoved his hands in the pockets of his sweatshirt.
"Oh," Yuri chuckled nonchalantly. "Nothing, why?"
"You guys just seem close." Sunghoon said it like it was a statement.
"Oh, me and Jay?" The girl bit her lip and thought back to all the recent moments where Jay had been kind to her. "We're just friends." She shrugged.
Sunghoon only let out a sigh and stayed silent. He glanced a cold glance in the Choe girl's direction, causing her to raise a very inquisitive eyebrow at the boy's gesture. "What?" Yuri questioned the boy in genuine confusion, only for him to remain silent. "Sunghoon, what is it?"
"Nothing," The boy mumbled nonchalantly. Yuri rolled her eyes. "There's obviously something... Tell me!" She nudged the boy's arm.
