3rd Person Pov
It's finally the next day. After they talked, told their story's on how they got there, talked about their quirks, and played. Aizawa, Izuku's parents & Nezu were there for the report on how long Izuku would be there.

Aizawa Pov
We were finally here at the doctor's office. I'm praying to God that me & Emi can take him home. Fiat the doctor walks in, "Are you the family members of Izuku Yagi?" He asks, everyone nods.
"Alright well, you're not going to like this so brace yourselves I also have a few questions." I did not like the sound of that.

"First off I would like to ask, does Izuku have a speech impediment?" I looked over to Inko to see if she at least knew that about her son. "No, before while test they checked him and said he was free of any type of impediment or special education problem." Thank hod she remembered that, although she probably only remembers because Izumi must've been there.
The doctor hummed in understanding but I saw a curious Nezu ask, "Why do you ask? Is he having trouble talking?" We all looked over to the doctor, "Well, Izuku doesn't speak. When I tested and checked him he only spoke once. And now every time he tries to talk he struggles until he's out of breath and doesn't speak. So he most likely has some trauma over something." What... he can't... talk?

"So now he's like mute?" Asked Toshinori.
"Not exactly, he manages to say 3 words. But only those specific three words. Anything else he tries to say is completely blocked." Interesting, "What words are they?" I asked with intrigue.
"Well he says his two new friend's names and his stuffed bear's name. But that's all." I looked to Nezu who was smiling. "Which brings me to my next question, besides the bullying he admitted to suffer, did he have any friends at all?" I looked at Toshinori & Inko who looked puzzled, "No the only kids he knew were the ones who bullied him and none of them liked him except one. But he didn't talk to him." The doctor hummed once more. "Ahh I see, well that makes sense." He then wrote something down. "What makes sense?" Asked Inko. "Well as soon as he saw a boy who is now his friend, crying he panicked like he didn't know what to do but knew what he would've wanted someone to do for him, so he hugged the boy tightly. And when he was with his other friend something similar happened, when she came up to him he was startled like he thought he was going to get a beating from her."

Oh my god. Is he that scared? What did these people do to him. "May i know who his friends are? It's just that two of them are my future students." I said calmly hoping he would oblige. " Well, the girl who made friends with him, her name is Himiko Toga. I bet you mean at UA ever since she's been here that's all she talks about. And so does the other boy Hitoshi Shinsou, although he's quieter." I looked at Nezu who looked pleased to know the three were friends.

"But if he can't talk then how did they become friends?" Asked Toshinori. The doctor laughed, "It's quite funny you know, Hitoshi used his quirk on Izuku and they somehow all communicate telepathically, Izuku says everything in his mind and it goes to the other two and they respond out loud." Nezu looked thrilled now, "They sound like quite powerful children!" He cheered, "I know! Such a shame they all ended up here with the same problem & intention." Said the doctor, he actually sounded very sad while saying that. Oh my god... these three children all came to the same hospital with the same problem of being bullied by quirks and trying to mill themselves? What kind of world do we live in?

"Now, the real talk. Izuku will be staying here for a long time. I'm sorry to say but so far up to 3 years. But if he gets worse it could turn into 10." What...
"What does he have? Does he have a mental illness?" I asked, I've been thru this before when I was a kid. I know this is hard for him.
"Well, I was able to diagnose depression & separation anxiety." Before he could continue I asked, "separation anxiety to who?" He looked at me, "You see that's the thing, I've seen very few of these so I can say you Mr. & Mrs. Yagi are horrible parents. The thing is Izuku has separation anxiety to anyone he feels he can trust. Anyone who he finds nice in the tiniest way he doesn't want to let go of. As an example, during the evaluation I took his teddy bear, I knew it was important because the lady who brought him told me he was exited because it was the first ever toy he had gotten. So when I took it he started to panic and cry, but when he cried he covered his mouth as if I were to yell at hi if he made a single noise. Then when he was trying to get his bear back he realized he had been clinging to nurse Ashoka the entire our he was here. After she had to leave, he started crying again it took a while to calm him down, after he grabbed onto me. When I left him with the other kids he started crying once more. That's how he became friend with Himiko. She could tell he couldn't talk so she talked to him and after a few seconds he was already clinging to her. And when he's not clinging to her it's to Hitoshi. When he wasn't to shower a nurse thought his you was supposed to be in the trash and he freaked out and started crying and pulling it out of her grasp."
