CHAPTER 3 : FELIP'S POV

I started working at my father's company for temporarily. I was just here to have experience before I inherit my father's company and marry my father's business partner's daughter Mhei Lark. I honestly don't like this idea, but there's nothing I can do, but obey to them. They're my parents after all. They only want the best, and nothing else but the best, as most people would say.

I started working as an intern last monday... and it's pretty boring 😑
Except the the manufacturing of the clothes. The gears are so interesting... 😏 I guess it's because I'm an mechanical engineer/architect. Anyways as i was walking to the elevator....

My dad told me to attend a meeting on the 7th floor, so I then proceeded to enter an open elevator.

When the elevator reach the second floor there was no one to enter, so I pushed the closing button. When someone suddenly begged for an open elevator. So as my instinct follow, I find myself putting my left foot between the gap of a closing elevator door.

And as I tilt my head up, I saw him.... A stranger, yes a stranger with a strong aura.. Idk maybe I'm being delusional but why does it felt like we've known each other for a very long time??? Or maybe I'm attracted to him.... Nah..? But...

Why does he look so familiar?

Well he casually thank me and I supposed he also wants my name too. Cute. Ehemmm!?
Anyways.... Obviously I replied back...

And he quickly runs off before I could ask for his number... */signed what a wasted opportunity ☹️, maybe he was in a hurry.... But wait...

We're heading at the same direction....yeahh I think destiny really find it's way...

Well I was supposed to enter the meeting area...my phone was ringing and..... */sighed
"or...maybe not. 😐" 'Cause our business partner's daughter Mhei was calling me... I picked it up;

"yes..?" I said reluctantly.

"umm so dad made a reservation at **** restaurant, make sure to come... Ok?" she said.

"sure..., anything else?" I replied.

"Nope! That's all..." she answered.

"ok I'm gonna hung up?" I replied.

"Ok, don't forget ha? Okay bye babe see you later muah muah hehe." she said clingingly.

Which made me sick and wanna hung up immediately, but I don't wanna offended her so..

"mmkay bye." I immediately hung up. Ickk so chessy, It feel so cringe...

And yeah.. As I enter the meeting someone introduce me... And they all welcome me and clap their hands. But I wasn't paying attention to them.... I was staring at him... Who's that guy really? I'm beginning to like the atmosphere here.... I also wanna know his name...

But i guess someone just did make things easier....

"Felip! Nice to see you here,buddy. Welcome!" he said

"yeah..." I respond shortly.

"this is your first project, ehyy?" he asked.

"yes.." I then reply again.

"I'm sorry to ask sir.., pero project? What project sir?" the cute guy from the elevator earlier.

"This project dear, you'll be working with him and his team." he then replied.

"w-what?!" the cute guy said as he was.... I guess shock according to his expression.

Ptf... Hahaha... His reaction is priceless....

A few moments later, the meeting was about to dismissed. I was really excited to introduce myself to him, when he spoke first... So i let him....,

"Ummm Sir, I'm s-stell by the way sir, p-please just tell me anything. I'll do anything you say sir. Please feel free to ask anything, sir." he stutterly spoke as he look to me.

So he's Stell.... What a unique name for a guy... Cute!... Ehemmm I got off track right! there!
Anywaysss... As I was saying... */cough ehemmm! I was still listening to him speak 'til....,

"I can do- no, we my team can assess this project ourselves sir, but in some other factor we might just need y-your team's help and cooperation. W-well it's not like we will-" he wants to talked more.. but I broke his last sentence.

I was....disappointed...?

He wanted to obliged all this project matter on his team... But why? I guess he was overwhelmed? Hmm.. I guess so...

"uhhh no need, we'll handle everything..." I immediately spoke as he was still speaking.

I want to set a trap on him..... If he won't cooperate to me...then he will now. He will forcefully cooperate to our team. 'Cause if they won't they will not get credits if they will relay the project to me. Let's see, if he'll fall....

"H-huh, sir you can't just do that. If we will not cooperate, we might just have no contribution on this project." he cutely complained...

(this is my opinion ok?! If he's cute he is really cute.)

Bingo... He was beginning to fall into my trap... Uno reverse to you...qt✨

"And same goes to you" I added...he is now trap.

"I'll take encharge of everything, you may go home...."I teasingly said.

"N-no, fine. I will organise a meeting, sir." he said.

This guy is easy to get..... Bull's eye.

"Okay, then it's settled." I ended our convo. short.

A few moments later, we're just about to finish the meeting when I was invited by the seniors to a coffee lunch. I agreed. Since I'm here to gather experience after all.

The meeting was dismissed.

I accompany myself with the senior... It's already lunch we are about to leave...

We were about to head outside... And it's already lunch that time. As we were walking to the lounge of the building. We no, I once again encounter the cute executive manager stell hiding...? Why was he covering his face..? Is he? Pft... Hahaha why is he so cute? He's freakishly avoiding me. I don't mind... Since we will still see each other in every meeting we we're heading. Anyways I'm bothered. I still have a coffee lunch with the senior...

When we reach the cafe, the seniors ordered their lunch while I was looking for a table. I then sat on our table and wait for them.

Thirty minutes later, as i was waiting for them, i was looking around when someone familiar enter the cafe. It was stell and his colleague. Hahaha grabe kana tadhana ha..

They went and order at the counter. They didn't notice me... So I was following them (him) with my eyes.

Then a few minutes later. My amusement finally drop... My senior has arrived on our spot. They were talking... I felt kinda bored. So I went to the restroom for refreshment. And as I finished, I purposely bumped unto their table and heard their conversation;

"Why were you acting so weird earlier?" he's colleague asked.

"I was-" when he was about to continue speaking he saw me.

"Hoy! Anong I was? I was....ano?" he's colleague asked curiously.

"a-ahhh I-I was just in a hurry earlier. Baka kasi ma-ubosan ako ng strawberry cheesecake, 'lam mo namn best seller 'to diba?!" he obviously lied.

"hindi ih... Parang iba? Dahil ba kay sir Felip?" he's colleague said, I couldn't help but be intrigued, why is he lying...

I want to teased him and seek out the truth myself;

"oh Hi? I heard my name on your conversation... Oh Mr. Ajero? It's a coincidence to meet you here? Shall we talk about our project?" I said teasingly.
