The next morning.
I went to the training grounds to do some swordsmanship training as my visit to the kingdom of Ashla intended to. But when I got there Prince Riki was already training. He turned to me. "Care to spar with me lord Sunghoon?" He offered with a smirk, holding his sword angst me.
"Gladly." I had no intention in accepting his request but his divious smirk had made me unconsciously accept. I took a sword that was laying around on some crates. It seemed good enough.
"Be warned Prince Riki. I have no intention of going easy on you." Prince Riki nodded in response to my declaration. He took a leap forward to me but I barely missed it if I hadn't had my sword be placed next to me. This kid has grown some skills I must say!
Prince Riki gave a confident chuckle as our swords clashed. The sword I was using was fairly old but held quite an endurance towards Prince Riki's slashes.
Prince Riki would have won the duel if he had not have placed his arm in the wrong position. I attacked his blindspot and quickly gained the upperhand and ended the spar.
"Your skills are impressive Prince Riki!"
He smiled at my compliment. "You weren't bad either Lord Sunghoon. Your fiance, Prince Sunoo is lucky to have someone to protect him if an unfortunate scenario we're to happen" He said. I didn't like the idea of the Westeria Prince being called my fiance, but I couldn't help but grin at his remarks.
