Quick summary of the last chapter (for those who may have read it a while ago):

In the last chapter, you and Uda share a special evening out at a fancy restaurant, experiencing many firsts together. Despite some initial awkwardness, you both enjoy each other's company, sharing a lighthearted conversation and meal while getting to know each other more.

As you and Uda make your way back after the meal, you offer Uda your blazer to keep her warm and carry her when her high heels cause her discomfort. Uda expresses her affection, confessing that she loves you, leaving you both touched and reflective.

As her older brother Kilu arrives to take her home to their new place in the capital, Uda surprises you with a sweet kiss on the cheek, leaving you dazed, but also unlocking a new emotion within your heart.

You eventually arrive back home at the Blue Rose Headquarters, your heart still rapidly beating from the kiss Uda gave you. However, the mood shifts dramatically when Sol, who has been harboring feelings for you, confronts you in your room. Her intense emotions lead to a distressing scene where she kisses you and reveals her anguish over being overshadowed by Uda and Daisy. Despite your attempts to understand and comfort her, Sol's outburst and the subsequent confrontation leave you emotionally drained.

As Sol leaves, Daisy, who overheard the encounter, decides to hold off on delivering an important letter from the Wizard King. The chapter ends with you feeling conflicted and overwhelmed, lying in bed, grappling with the complex emotions stirred by the day's events. That night, you slept with a very bitter sour taste in your mouth.

— Now that you're all caught up with the story, let the chapter begin!

*****************************************************

You wake up the next morning, feeling groggy after a rough night's sleep. You begin recalling the events which transpired last night before letting out a sigh.

"How do I even go about talking to her again?", you mutter under your breath.

You slowly stand up, stretching each of your limbs before pumping out a few squats.

"If it was something that was affecting her so badly, why didn't she just talk to me sooner?", you continue muttering to yourself, still completing reps of squats.

You finish up your squats before taking a couple deep breaths in and out. No matter how hard you tried, you just couldn't get last night's events off your mind. Frustrated, you decide to go train with Daisy in hopes of clearing your mind.

You quickly undress from the suit you had fallen asleep in - well, half a suit as Uda still had the blazer you lent her last night.

"I gotta make sure I get that back from her", you think to yourself as you slip into your usual blue garments.

You make your way out of your room, hoping to God that you wouldn't accidentally bump into Sol on your way to the training hall.

...

As you arrive at the doors of the training hall, you notice that you couldn't hear the usual grunts and sword slashes from inside the hall. It was quiet.

"There is NO way the Daisy I know would miss her morning training", you think to yourself as you look at the clock on the wall. "It's already 11am."

You push open the doors, entering the empty hall.

"So she really did miss it, huh?", you say to yourself in disbelief as your eyes scout around the empty training hall.

With a sigh, you walk over to the bundle of wooden training swords before picking one up.
