Sulfurina didn't believe what she actually did, as she kissed King Dice on the cheek, but she kissed him anyway. Now, the situation was heading to a point of no return. Plus, she was friend with the three kids that got ruined her father, but as she was the keeper of their souls, her father couldn't take them. She made Cuphead swearing on his own soul because she knew that, sooner or later, he would have broken the promise. However, she tried to put herself back, but Henchman came in with breakfast:"Good morning, Miss Sulfurina! Hope that you spent a good night! The boss and King Dice told me how much fine it was yesterday, between you and Dice." Henchman said, with sparkles of joy and love in his eyes. Meanwhile, Sulfurina blushed violently and got breathless:"How nice? I just told him that he's a cubic head, and I told him other mean things. I've been mean all the time. How the heck he said that it was fine?" Henchman giggled:"Well, King Dice and the gossip papers say otherwise!" Sulfurina grabbed immediately the gossip paper that Henchman had lent her, and she read loudly:"Well, it seems that the charismatic... Yeah, indeed he is. Otherwise, he wouldn't attract so many idiots and would be useless for dad... and as elegant as charming... Oh heck, is that a real report or an article written by his own hand? What a bunch of compliments! Anyway... King  Dice, the greatest star of Inkwell City, has finally found... What?! Love?! Seriously?! It wasn't a date! It was just a courtesy! And an occasion to dine in a place where there ain't screams and burning souls of the damned. This article's gross!" Henchman giggled:"You're mean, but your face is telling me the truth! Why don't you keep reading without interrupting by commenting? I bet that you're just forcing to be mean. Meanwhile, you wouldn't be in reality." Sulfurina groaned:"Alright.. Ladies, if you wanted to get just a little piece of our beloved and handsome King Dice, now it's all over! And if you thought that King Dice would love classy and elegant women, well, now go to change your wardrobe: get black clothes with spooky colours and accessories, our King likes laces and crochets, even mysterious aesthetic. But advice seems useless: King Dice involved his lady in his spotlight, becoming sunshine and moonlight together. He was so into her so much that he almost ignored everybody. Sorry, ladies! If you wanted a piece of him, it's all lost! The mysterious  and gloomy goth lady has won his heart! Let's be happy for them and our handsome King Dice!" Sulfurina growled:"Grrr! WHAT?! HOW DARE THEY TO MOCK MY UNIQUE STYLE?! THEY DON'T KNOW WHOSE I AM THE DAUGHTER! I'M GONNA MAKE THE WRITER'S ARTICLE BURNING IN THE HOTTEST FLAMES OF OUR HELL!" Sulfurina was so mad that she almost took her demonic appearance, but Henchman calmed her down:"Chill down, lady! You know that Mr. King Dice would never mock you for your clothing! He likes you for who you are!" Sulfurina actually calmed down:"Yeah. Probably, he wrote this bullshit. Common people should learn to mind their own fucks." Sulfurina sighed, bitterly:"Well, I must go back up to the surface. The other five souls won't come alone." Henchman was sad and felt guilty:"Sorry, missy. I didn't want to make you angry or bothering you. It's that you and King Dice make a great couple. Also, he told me that you two were having nice and long talks, even deep ones, the times you were together." Sulfurina caressed his head:"Aw, Henchy. You're right. Probably, I am just having a sort of fear towards him. Maybe it's me the problem." Henchman dared to nod, but she smiled:"Guess that I'll try to work on it. Have a good day to bear my father." Henchman smiled all happyly:"Of course, miss! Have a nice soul hunting!" Then, they parted and Sulfurina went to the surface.

King Dice was extremely in a good mood: so much, that he wrote a new song, a love and slow one, inspired from the occasion of the day before. The Devil noticed that, of course, and he listened to all of his outakes for the song and exhibition, clapping everytime and congratulating with him:"That's really splendid! My Number One, you're the shinest star of all!" King Dice bowed to thank him:"Thank you, boss! I hope that Sulfy will appreciate this song more than you do. Well, it's for her, after all!" The Devil nodded:"Yes! No one, besides my Number One, deserves my daughter! And, of course, my daughter deserves the best!" King Dice pretended to clean his tuxedo:"Well, I don't contradict ya, boss. I gave her special nights, so much that we've got a gossip article. Inkwell's women are burning into their jealousy and envy! Why don't we gain something from such hideous feelings?" The Devil chuckled evilly:"Yes, of course. You're my Number One for a reason: you've got the same smell for business like me! I thought to put pressure on something else besides desperation to obtain some contracts, and this occasion is pure gold! They don't know that she's my daughter! What a mischevous trick! AH AH AH AH... AAAAH! WHAT THE HELL?! SINCE WHEN YOU WERE HERE?!" The Devil jumped into King Dice's arms, scared by the presence of his own daughter, who came in without being noticed neither heard:"Since Dice stopped singing. Seriously, dad? That's why you want me so bad to commit with your Number One?" If Sulfurina had the wish to change her approach with King Dice, now she was coming back inside her foretress. King Dice felt that danger, so he left falling down The Devil, not caring at all about the consequences of that gesture could cost to him, even his own career:"No, no! Not at all! Simply, crazy admirers can be really dangerous, so it's more a benefit and a safety for you! Honey, please! Don't be so angry and repulsive! Sure, it's an opportunity for your father to grab more souls, but you know how he is! He takes any chance to get souls! He did it even with your friend Grim! Plus, you can use them for his soul trade! It's a benefit for the three of you! And for mine, because clingy admirers ain't my thing, honestly." Sulfurina had flames, literally, in her eyes, but they faded away gradually as King Dice was speaking, so she calmed down:"I hope so. Well... Dad, I'm going to the surface. I'm going to catch another five souls. Have a nice day. You too, Dice." King Dice found weird that specification, but he forgot to remind her to be present at his show of that evening at the casino. He got it on his mind after a couple of hours, before leaving the casino and going to look for her.
