Sulfurina had her nightmares about the Angel and the Demon, but she punched the second and when she had longer lucid dream's moments, she made appear weird things to bother them, turning the bad dream into comedy, becoming funnier. King Dice was glad about it because his main worrying was getting punched by his girlfriend or being pushed down from the bed, always by her. He got used to waking up with her giggling in her sleep, then laughing with her, when she woke up and told him what she did. King Dice had his mornings starting in a cheerful way, also happy from the bedtime moment, where they didn't really sleep. So, all of these factors put him in such a good mood that his behaviour at work was better, treating his minions in a finer way. He wasn't really mean with all of them, as with Pirouletta he acted kind and nice, like a true gentleman, but never crossed the boundaries, especially now that he had his affair with Sulfurina. He knew that she could be jealous, as her own father already had a sort of jealousy towards them: The Devil used to brush her daughter's hair, and getting his fur brushed by her, but now she only made King Dice do it, and The Devil had only Henchman brushing his fur and petting him like a cat, although The Devil more than once came into Sulfurina's bedroom, sure that she was alone, and jumped on her bed, purring and curling up exactly like a cat. Sulfurina found it very bizarre, but she accepted to give him that attention. Overall, The Devil felt that King Dice almost stole his daughter, but Henchman reminded that it was what he wanted: his number one with his daughter, and after a long time that Sulfurina rejected him, now she had accepted him. The Devil almost felt cut out, but he had to manage his desire of being the centre of attention. His jealousy was a paternal one, but Sulfurina, with the help of Henchman, found a way to balance her family time and her couple time. But, as her father had a sort of jealousy and tried to accept that his daughter wasn't his kid anymore, Sulfurina developed a jealousy too: Pirouletta.
Pirouletta was one of the minions that worked for King Dice, who did a lot of marvellous ballets and dancing, distracting the gambling gamers, in order to acquire more money and soul's contracts. She had accepted to work for King Dice in the moment he had noticed her talents, guessing that she could have been a fine minion for his cause. She was in a pity and miserable state, so when she saw him, she not only saw a handsome and charming gentleman but a hope for her future for getting out of her miserable situation. The idea of becoming rich, loved, and famous was the best she could ever desire, so she accepted with no hesitation. But besides her always being grateful, she was also in love with King Dice. Pirouletta knew that her love interest was the ambition of many other ladies, and not only them, but she always felt that working for him was such a great honour that no one else could have. He chose her because she was her. But, although she was always kind and grateful with King Dice, he was so into Sulfurina, the main boss daughter, who always rejected him and ran away from him. Her rival was always so mean to him, teasing him constantly and never giving him a chance, but it never worked, as he kept falling for her and never gave up on her. Pirouletta took every possible chance to open his eyes over her, especially when Sulfurina left home and wandered around the world with Grim Matchstick. Although she tried so hard to seduce him and making him forget about Sulfurina, she wasn't able to corrupt King Dice, who was easily corruptible, so much that he sold his soul to The Devil for his desire of fame, success, money, power and immortality and accepting to be his hand-right man. More than once, she got angry when he didn't give back her attention, implying that he wanted Sulfurina not because he truly loved her but because she was the daughter of his main boss. By hearing that, King Dice, a day where Sulfurina was still far from home, got pissed off:"How dare you insinuate something like that?! Are you kidding me?!" She crossed her arms:"I dare! You're always up for a bet, no? The risk of the game." He raised his eyebrow:"Yeah, but I don't get what it has to do with my feelings." Pirouletta groaned:"You chase her just cause you love the risk of the game! You don't love her. You just love the pep of chasing her, trying to win this stupid love game! Once she'll give up and fall for you, everything is done!" King Dice whitened, in silence for a moment, then he exploded, but in a calm way, which frozed Pirouletta's blood as he had green eyes:"Hear me out carefully." He said in such a calm but aggressive voice, slamming his free hand, as the other one was holding his cigar:"You don't know what goes in my mind, and in my heart either. You don't know what my feelings are and what I feel about Sulfurina. Yes, it is true: I love the pep of the risk in gambling, I love the adrenaline from tricking luck, as much as I love betting and challenging my luck. It is true that this situation is a love game, and the desire to win is strong." Pirouletta gulped, worried that she had gone too much beyond her limits:"But, this isn't just a love game: I like and love Sulfurina. She isn't mean all the time. She's just insecure about what to feel, and probably she hasn't accepted her feelings yet. We had our moments where she was kind, it isn't always teasing, and more often, she has saved me from the anger of the boss." King Dice had his eyes green, which he had when he was very excited or extremely angry:"So, I have strong feelings for her, and what I want is to have her beside me. It's not about a mere conquer or being more in the grace of the boss. It's something deeper..." King Dice looked down, taking a sad tone, and Pirouletta realised that King Dice was incorruptible in one thing: his love for Sulfurina.
