Ethan was now thirteen, and the waves of adolescence were hitting him with the force of a tidal wave. Today, he had finally hit puberty, but his experience was unlike any other. His emotions were all over the place, and his body felt strange and unfamiliar. Noticing his distress, you and Sentinel Prime decided it was time to help your son understand what was happening to him.

You took Ethan to a doctor's appointment, where Ratchet, the Autobot medic, examined him. Ratchet, known for his gruff demeanor but kind heart, took his time scanning Ethan's body and analyzing the data. After a thorough examination, he looked at you and Sentinel Prime with a serious expression.

"Well," Ratchet began, "Ethan's biology is quite unique, similar to that of Sari Sumdac. He's a techno-organic, just like her."

Ethan, who had been nervously waiting, finally spoke up. "What's a techno-organic?"

Sentinel Prime, his usually stern face softened with fatherly concern, knelt beside Ethan. "A techno-organic is essentially a cyborg, Ethan. You're half human and half robot."

Ratchet continued, "Your father is a Cybertronian Autobot who chose to live on Earth with your mother. When I scanned your body, I found that your bones are made of Cybertronian metal. Your blood is a mix of human and Cybertronian components, and your body is a blend of both human and robotic elements."

Ethan's eyes widened, his emotions a mix of confusion and fear. "So, I'm like... a cyborg freak?"

You knelt beside him, taking his hand in yours. "No, Ethan. You're not a freak. You're special. Just like Sari Sumdac."

Sentinel Prime placed a reassuring hand on Ethan's shoulder. "Let me tell you a bit about my past. I came to Earth and met your mother. We fell in love, and I decided to stay here with her. That's how you came to be. Your unique biology is a result of our love."

Ethan's eyes filled with tears. "But... does this mean I'll never be normal?"

You pulled him into a comforting embrace. "Normal is a relative term, Ethan. What matters is that you're healthy, loved, and you have a family that cares deeply for you. Your differences make you special, not abnormal."

Sentinel Prime added, "Being different isn't a bad thing, son. It means you have strengths and abilities that others might not. Embrace who you are."

Ethan sniffled, looking between you and Sentinel Prime. "So, I'm not alone? There are others like me?"

You smiled, wiping away his tears. "Yes, Ethan. There are others like you, and you're never alone. We're always here for you."

Ethan took a deep breath, absorbing the weight of what he had learned. Though the road ahead would be filled with challenges, he felt a renewed sense of hope and understanding. With his parents by his side, he knew he could face anything.
