𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞, he looks back to see a tall, no face, creature standing behind him coming for him. As he looks back in front of him a blonde girl is there.

She has her hand out for him, "Hurry, take it!" She tells him, looking behind the young boy at the mind flayer mere feet away from the boy.

He hesitates but he takes her hand, right as he does he wakes up. He sits up on his bed, breathing heavily. Who was the girl? He asks himself as he lies back down.

Delilah Jones has always lived in Hawkins, Indiana, but she wasn't really known. She had a few friends but not many. Her closest friend being Kaylee Hacker. Kaylee and Delilah have been friends since preschool, it started when Delilah saw Kaylee getting picked on by a boy.

Delilah stormed over and pushed the boy down, showing him to not mess with anyone, since then Delilah and Kaylee have been inseparable.

Once Delilah started high school her dad ended up getting promoted to the new chief at the police station. Delilah was so happy for her dad, and being his daughter meant she would start gaining more recognition.

Once it started it weirded Delilah out. All of the jocks, even Steve Harrington himself, started talking to her. She had always had a crush on Steve but she never tried to get to know him because she wasn't as know as him.

Now that she was known she decided to get to know him and possibly start dating him. After a few months that is exactly what happened.

Delilah got closer to Steve, started hanging out with him more and so on. Until one night while they were out Steve asked the question. He asked her to be his girlfriend.

Delilah was thrilled of finally being with the boy she had a crush on for years. She was the happiest she could be, that was until everything turned upside down.

After about three months into the relationship, Steve started being more and more distant. Delilah wasn't sure why, I mean they never fought so there was no reason for him acting this way.

One night they were hanging out at his house, no one but them were there. Delilah felt nice because Steve wasn't being distant, so whatever he wanted to do she let him.

That ended up in the two having sex that night. Delilah felt awful for letting it all happen that way, but it felt good because it seemed to make Steve feel better.

After a week it happened again, he was distant again so they were hanging out again and didn't same thing as last time.

Delilah soon realized Steve was only in the relationship now for sex. She was tired of it, so, she dumped him.

After that Steve went around telling everyone what a massive slut she was, but she didn't let it bother her. The people who were close to her knew they who to believe and it was Delilah.

Delilah then noticed one of the best friends, Nancy Wheeler were starting to get close to each other. She didn't want to say anything because her best friend seemed happy, but it hurt Delilah a lot.

She knew the same thing was going to happen with Nancy but she didn't want to say anything, despite how badly wanted to, because it would come off as Delilah being jealous. So she just kept quiet.
