Taufan woke up to the sound of birds singing outside his (or Lord Mawais') chamber window. The cold air hit him as he left the warm comfort of his bed. Taufan got dressed and made his way to Lord Mawais's study, the morning sun just starting to peek over the horizon.

Lord Mawais was already waiting for him when he arrived at his study, looking as stoic and imposing as ever. "Morning, Prince Taufan" he said as he gestured for you to take a seat.

"Ah, good morning too Your Majesty" Taufan greeted aswell, taking a seat infront of Lord Mawais. He then noticed a boy was sitting next to Lord Mawais, his face hidden within the depths of his hood. The boy appeared to be around the same age as him, and he was dressed in a thick fur coat that completely hid his features.

Lord Mawais caught him looking at the boy. "Ah, you've noticed my grandson," he said, gesturing towards the boy.

"Prince Taufan, meet Prince Ais. The current crown prince of the Winter Kingdom." Lord Stark explained as Ais lifted his head slightly, revealing more of his face. His eyes, a shade of deep aquamarine, met Taufan's as he waved at him. Despite the early morning hour, he had a lazy, almost sullen look on his face as he returned his greeting with a slight nod.

Lord Stark chuckled at Ais's expression. "Don't mind him," he said. "He's not much of a morning person." Lord Stark explained

Ais then begin to rest his head on the table, his face buried in the dept of his hands. Taufan blinked at him, he didnt think that the boy will be fast asleep

Lord Mawais just grin widely as he watched Ais fall asleep on the table. "Quite the sleepyhead, that one," he said. "He's always been like that, even as a child. I remember his mother saying that he could sleep for days if someone would let him." Lord Mawais looked at the sleeping boy beside him with fond look

"Oh, that's quite... Unique?" Taufan said in awkwardness, looking at the sleeping boy while sweatdroping. Lord Mawais let out a small laugh from his lips at Taufan's remarked. "Yes, quite unique," he agreed. "But he's a good boy, and he's got a sharp mind when he's awake. He'll make a fine king someday, even if he does spend a bit too much time in bed."

Lord Mawais ruffles the sleeping boy's hair gently, his hand going through the boy's strands of hair. Taufan watched the scene infront of him with a smiled on his face, feeling happy about they're relationship between the prince and the king are good

Lord Mawais turned his etention towards Taufan as he clear his throat a little "ehem. Anyway," he begin, "let's get back to the business. I believe we have some further matters to discuss before you return to Tempest Kingdom."

"Sure. Let's start."

For the next couple of hours, Taufan and Lord Mawais went over the finer details of the agreement between the Tempest Kingdom and the Winter Kingdom. The conversation was productive and respectful, despite the early hour.

Finally, after all the business had been discussed, Lord Mawais leaned back in his chair and let out a satisfied sigh. "I believe we have reached an understanding," he said.

"Yeah" Taufan replied as he stretch his body a little to ease his tensed muscle from his long conversation with Lord Mawais. They then hear a yawn from none other than the crown prince of Winter Kingdom himself, Prince Ais.

Ais lifted his head from the table, rubbing his eyes groggily. "Are you guys done yet?" he mumbled, his voice still thick with sleepiness.

Lord Mawais chuckled affectionately at his grandson's grumpy expression. "Yes, we're done," he said. "Did we wake you from your beauty sleep, my little prince?"

Ais grumbled in response, still rubbing the sleep from his eyes. "You guys were talking too loud," he muttered. "It was hard to sleep." he then shot a glance at Taufan as the person in question smiled sheepishly while scratching the back of his head
