The beginning of the end (gacha story)

Prologue

In the beginning there was nothing. An empty void of nothingness.

But as time went on, a new light emerged. It was bright, vibrant and everything that a person could wish for. It brought hope for that time. The beginning of the universe that we live in. Slowly and surely, more lights emerged from the darkness, they brought love, ideas, and life with it, creating the perfect and ideal world for anyone to live in.

However, with such power, there's bound to be flaws and cracks in the world. Why have something so perfect, with a little chaos...?~

Originally there were four lights, beginning, life, inspiration and emotions. However, a new light formed, their light was unique, vibrant and hopeful just like the rest of the lights. But, there was a distinct shadow, a hint of darkness in it, as if this light had other "intentions".

Everything went according to the timeline, everyone was happy in that universe as the lights watched from above. The lights had now established themselves in a form of pillars, acting as the backbone for the survival of that universe along with its inhabitants. Everyday that passed, each generation that came and went all got recreated over and over again thanks to the 5 lights, their ambitions, ideas, feelings and breath of life that came with it.

But one day, something changed. One of the pillars pondered to question why they existed, why they were the ones keeping this universe intact so that life could exist, what if it just ended? One move and it was gone. The pillar liked this plan and so started giving elements to those they deemed worthy of such corruption, all the while getting corrupted themself.

All those powers given to the humans were the things that caused their emotions, ideologies and life to morph into chaos. Full blown wars and outbreaks in the world emerged just because of the corrupt humans warped mindset of acquiring power, and the one behind all was them. They watched it happen, yet they didn't even try to stop it, rather, they enjoyed their work, seeing their gifts coming to light.

The other pillars soon realized this, seeing how their perfect universe, their perfect world, fell into the pit of chaos and darkness. They used all their strength and abilities to banish the corrupt pillar away, sealing their powers and morphing them into a powerless human, the only limit was their creativity that was yet to be discovered.

After all that occurred, the world slowly recovered from the events of the corrupt pillars actions, even though there were some lingering between some of the humans, most of them were being held in a particular group of humans that existed there. The pillars couldn't stop the corruption from taking the human's friends away, the pillar of life saw this and felt guilty, sad that they couldn't foresee this. They couldn't stand losing their creations to some curse.

Now that the world was fixed, everything was normal. The humans did fight a lot, especially in that one particular group of humans but everything was kept in moderation. With the corrupt pillar destroyed, there was nothing that could ruin the universe's destruction or tarnish its fate anymore.

Or is that the ending the pillars wished for..?
