Author's Note: Hello! This is my first fanfic I am writing so please give me tips on how to write better if you can but please enjoy it!

"Hello!" Wheatley said as he came flying out the tube smashing into the glass letting Chell roam free inside the Central AI Chamber. Chell with the Portal Gun picked up Wheatley who was lying on the ground.

"I hate you so much." GLaDOS told Chell. Suddenly the Announcer perked up "Warning! Central Core is 80% corrupt!"

As GLaDOS expressed how she felt actually good and not corrupt the Announcer recognised Wheatley as an alternate core.

"Oh! That's me they're talking about!" Wheatley exclaimed.

"To initiate a core transfer please put substitutes core in receptacle." The announcer told everybody. After a bit of back and forth banter between GLaDOS and Wheatley, he gets plugged into GLaDOS's mainframe with Chell's help.

As Wheatley and GLaDOS both disagreed with starting a core transfer a stalemate happened.

"Stalemate detected. Transfer procedure can not continue." The Announcer said.

"Yes!" GLaDOS exclaimed.

"...unless a stalemate associate is present to press the stalemate resolution button." The Announcer said.

"Pull me out! Pull me out!" Wheatley exclaimed but when he then heard the announcer.

"Leave me in! Leave me in! Go press it!" Wheatley said.

Chell started running towards to the area with the stalemate associate button but before she could enter the area.

"Not so fast!" GLaDOS said before flinging the panel Chell was on. She went flying before crashing into the wall opposite from the stalemate button. Chell hit her head on the way knocking her out cold.

"Luv are you okay?!" Wheatley expressed concern for Chell. GLaDOS had a claw come from the celling and grab Wheatley unplugging him from the mainframe.

"Gah!" Wheatley screamed as the claw pulled him towards GLaDOS.

"Substitute Core Disconnected. Core Transfer Procedure Disconnected." The Announcer said.

"Perfect now the other AI in the room." GLaDOS said turning her head towards Wheatley.

"You must feel really clever don't you? Breaking her out of the chambers then shutting down my neurotoxin huh metal ball?" GLaDOS said.

"Well uh yeah!" Wheatley said.

"I didn't want a response you moron." GLaDOS said.

"Hey! Could a moron nearly take you down?" Wheatley said.

"Yes. Now what to do with you? I crushed you before and you somehow survived instead of killing you I need to teach you a lesson." GLaDOS said as the panel beneath her open up with another claw grabbing Wheatley from the dangling one.

"Let go of me!" Wheatley said as he was dragged down beneath her and the panel closed over him. Hours go bye and eventually Chell wakes up. She looks around the room for Wheatley before GLaDOS speaks.

"Don't worry about your friend. He's in a better place now. Since you probably have more brain damage now I think it's time you leave." She says as she calls the surface elevator.

"Trust me. It's an easier way out than what ever plan your friend came up with." GLaDOS told Chell. With no other option Chell stepped into the elevator.

"While you were out I spoke with the metal ball you call your companion. Let's just say he's not metal anymore." GLaDOS said. The hatch below GLaDOS opens up again.

"It might be better if you look for yourself." GLaDOS pulled a claw and pulled up a potato.

"You see that. That is a potato and now your friend lives in it!" GLaDOS laughs maniacally as she turns the potato towards Chell showing the blue dot on it.

"WHAT HAVE YOU GOTTEN ME INTO!" Wheatley exclaimed through the potato.

"What was that did you say something?" GLaDOS said.

"All I wanted to do was leave this cursed place! Get a friend and run away from Aperture but you couldn't even let me have that could you?! You've been playing me this whole time." Wheatley yelled.

"Haha as if I care about your hopes and dreams little vegetable." GLaDOS said.

"You know what. I'm done being civil about this! I despise you I loathe you like every other core in this facility." Wheatley said.

"No." GLaDOS said. Chell tried to face out to Wheatley to stop talking but he kept going.

"Aperture would have been a triumph if it weren't for you! This whole place would have been on the map if you didn't kill everybody." Wheatley said before getting chucked into the elevator with Chell.

"Gah!" Wheatley exclaimed.

"You know what have it your way little vegetable. You can escape..." GLaDOS says as the elevator starts cracking.

"To the robot afterlife. Goodbye." GLaDOS said as the floor of the elevator snapped off of the main part sending both Wheatley and Chell plummeting toward the depths of the facility.
