DIMPY

It's early in the morning. She is standing in the bathroom attached to her bathroom. Taking a morning bath and coming out of the bathroom ready to take on the household chores is something Dimpy has done everyday of her life. But today is different. She doesn't have any energy to do anything. Not even to breathe. She cried all of last night. Not only has she lost her best friend and first love, she's lost someone who remained within her. And that pain simmers in the soul as long as one is alive.

There's a knock on the door. Dimpy opens it. Jasmine is standing outside. She looks at her mother as if there's something wrong with her.

"Mumma, you haven't put the red dot today," Jasmine says, implying the vermillion.

Dimpy kneels and creasing her daughter's head, she says, "Today is an exception. I won't wear it today. From tomorrow your mumma will be back."

"You mean it's your cheat day?"

Dimpy kisses her forehead, holds her tightly in her arms and nods, asking, "Yes, it's my cheat day."

So , many readers might think that why Dimpy still had those feelings for Yuvansh in her heart? Isn't it cheating?

I'd say she did(not the cheating thing) and will keep doing as loving him had became a part of her life , although not the whole life but a beautiful yet unforgettable part....and one could not control his/her feelings for someone....She respected his love for Shreshtha and kept loving him without any expectations..
