The door cracked open again as Ohm almost jumped out of his seat, but it's not who he expects.... It's officer Chimon....But his message is what he wants to hear all this time.... "The chief called you to his office, Buddy.. Go fast before he barks again...." Unknown to Ohm, smirk make way out with sparkles in his stomach. "Thanks, Man... "Ohm said as he passed Chimon in lightning speed with enthusiasm to strode towards the Chief office.
Chimon is looking at Rookie in awe without knowing what with that creepy smile Ohm had because the call into the Chief office is the same as hell call for them..... But Ohm looks different.... So different..........*Am I getting delusional in daylight..."* He thought and turned to go out because he needed another coffee now.

Ohm POV
*Sigh* — I stood outside Chief Nanon's office, my heart pounding in my chest. *Why am I so nervous?* Ever since I saw his face on the Police Academy Wall of Honour as the top student, I haven't been able to get him out of my mind. *It's really crazy.*
His reputation as the best, combined with his unparalleled skills, intrigued me so much that I begged my father to get me transferred here to get to know him more.
I needed to see him, to understand the person behind the accolades, even though I knew it would be incredibly difficult. But now that I'm here, Chief Nanon is nothing like I imagined... He's far more unreachable, colder than I anticipated, yet he occupies my thoughts endlessly. *Why??*I know this won't be easy; Chief Nanon has built walls so high I'm not sure I'll ever see his true self. I've already figured out that there's more to him than his stoic exterior. But his presence stirs a thousand emotions within me, even though he remains distant and unyielding. *How can I stop these unwanted feelings now?* I doubt he'll ever address me by my name or see me as anything more than just another rookie officer under his command.
*Calm down, Ohm... take a deep breath... Inhale... Exhale... You can do this... You want to see him so badly...right?? * *his lips...* *I can... Do it... Fighting...* Then, with all the strength I could muster, I knocked on the door.
"Come in," Nanon's voice called out, curt and sharp.
I pushed the door open and stepped inside. The room was dimly lit, with only a single lamp casting a pool of light over Nanon's desk. Chief Nanon sat behind it, his expression as cold and unreadable as ever.
"Sir, you wanted to see me?" I asked nervously, trying to keep my voice steady.
Nanon didn't look up immediately. He was flipping through a file. *Why can't he even look at me...* *Sigh* Finally, he closed the file and set it aside, his gaze locking onto mine. I felt my breath hitch.
"Sit," Nanon ordered, his tone leaving no room for argument. I quickly complied, taking a seat across from him. The air between us was thick with tension, the silence stretching out uncomfortably. *Please be a little nice to me, sir... I'm so excited to be with you here tbh...*
Nanon leaned back in his chair, his fingers drumming on the desk. "You're new here, but that doesn't mean you'll get special treatment. If anything, it means I'll be watching you more closely. I don't have time for dead weight."
I swallowed hard, nodding. "Understood, sir." *But why is he always trying to point out my mistakes or something that makes me feel down... Ahhh... Why can't he just be a little nicer to me... Why...*
