I peer over Nialls peacefully sleeping body, running my fingers through my knotty bed hair, looking to the rather large window at the opposite end of the bedroom. The sun is still coming up over the horizon, sending rays of light, reflecting off the towering buildings surrounding ours. I can hear nothing, it's completely quiet, making me want to just drift off back to sleep. But then I hear a blender or something in the kitchen, make a loud noise, startling me sompletely.
I really don't want to get up, I'm so tired and drowsy, but honestly, I'd rather get up then have Louis have his head blended off while making breakfast. I slowly sit up, which is really hard because all my muscles are screaming at me saying 'don't you dare, Jessie'.
"Jess just come back to sleep with me." I hear Nialls morning, raspy whisper, and turn to face him with his eyes still closed, finding my waist and pulling me back to him under the covers. I really do want to stay here with him, but I have a feeling someone needs help in the kitchen.
"That sounds nice." I mumble, snuggling my face into the crook of Nialls neck, giving him a soft kiss. He kisses my neck back, and I can't help but fall back to sleep in his arms.
"Morning sleepy heads." Perrie says softly, shaking Niall and I gently awake. I swear if Perrie and I weren't besties, I would have slapped her across the face already.
"Noo Perrie. Go away." I groan, hiding in Nialls arms. I hear Perrie chuckle, and I smile. Maybe I should get up.
"Come on you two. It's 10 and we all want to go to the beach." Perrie whines, now violently shaking us, making Niall snap awake.
"What?" He says, rubbing his eyes and running his fingers through his ruffled blonde hair. Perrie and I giggle, and I get up, walking out of the room with her. She's still in her pyjamas too, so we don't really have to rush.
"Finally!" Bella says, handing me a bowl of 'Just Right' cereal. I thank her, giving her a cuddle, then walk past the couches where everyone else is sitting to the main window-wall, which is presenting the astounding view over California. I eat my cereal, but never take my eyes off the sky line and the sun. Over the past day or two, a lot of things have happened that have impacted on me. Lola being the main hurdle. I don't think I'm ever going to get her out of my head, because of how quickly her personality turned from sweet and kind, to a back stabbing bad friend. I'm definitely feeling a big loss in some ways, but I'm sure Harry has been hit equally hard, because he has barely talked to anyone.
"Why are you eating over here?" I hear Niall ask. I don't turn around, I just continue looking out at the view; the glass buildings, traffic, palm trees, ocean, sand, surfers, people.
"Soaking up the sun I guess." I smile, taking another small bite. He chuckles, and I feel him sit down next to me.
"You'll take any chance you get to soak up the sun." He says, making me smile even broader because of how true that is. In Dublin it's quite rare to even get a small ray of sun to hit you, but here, or in Australia, it's a completely different story. It runs into your skin and fills you up with warmth and energy, making me feel brand new for a new day.
"I'm going to get ready for the beach." I say, standing up with my bowl. Niall nods and stands up with me, finishing off his last bit of cereal.
I walk into my room and grab my black twisted bikini top and black bottoms. I get changed into that, leaving my long brown hair out and throwing a 'Narvana' singlet over the top with some high waisted shorts and my faded blue Vans.
"It's the first time in a while I've worn this, judging by how cold it was where I used to be. This is a nice change.
"Boys get ready." I say as I walk out of the room, noticing that all the girls are ready, but noone else is.
