"Babe we should start getting ready, Bella will be here soon." Lola says, turning off the TV and looking at me. I don't look at her, but I can feel her eyes on the side of my head.
"Ok." I say, not moving. I'm not being very enthusiastic about Niall's party because I know it's going to be awkward as all hell.
"Well? Are you going to move your ass?" Lola says shaking me back into reality. She laughs and walks up stairs.
I twirl my nearly dry hair around my finger, thinking about Niall. Wow, I mean, he's 20 now and I'm nearly 20 too. I remember when we were just kids with virtually no worries.
I snap out of my day dream and stand up. I walk around the couch and up the stairs to my room. It's normal tempurature outside so I guess I'll just wear something normal. But what?
Eh, I look through my cupboards and find one of my old sleeveless mini maxi (short at the front long at the back) dresses. It's like an off white colour so it goes with basically anything. I slip it on and zip it up fron the side.
I walk over to the mirror and look at myself. I look so boring. I go to my little bed side and put on some cute bracelets and matching earrings. I slip into my faded blue Vans and I look like I'm going to the beach. I let my hair down so it's nice and wavy. I'm really surprised it's not all alive and fuzzy.
I hear my door creak open as I apply some normal lip gloss as some 'make up' which I usually never wear.
"What do you think?" Lola says, showing off her outfit.
"You look stunning Lola!" I tell her, spinning her around. She's wearing a dark blue fitted dress, with a v-neck that has really nice frills lining it. I would usually never like frills, but Lola carries it off well.
"And you're not wearing my shoes!" I tease. She usually always wears my shoes but tonight she's not. She's got on black wedges which look really nice with her dress.
"What hair should I do?" Lola asks, running her fingers through her soft, mid length dirty blonde curls. They're naturally crimped and I think they're gorgeous.
"Just leave it our like me." I say, getting my phone and wallet off my bed. We hear the door bell ring and we both smile, knowing it's Bella coming to pick us up.
"Babe!" Lola squeals, opening the door to reveal Bella in a dark pink sleeveless dress with a brown leather belt arount her rib cage.
"You look like a princess!" I exclaim, giving her a hug. We havent seen each other for quite a while so it's really nice to see her face. She has her mid length black hair out and softly curled, and she's wearing nutral coloured pumps, making her the same height as me even though I'm wearing flats. She's quite little but she always wears heels so you can never tell.
"Let's go girls!" Bella says, turning around to her car. We walk close behind her and step in. It's funny how being close to your friends makes you totally forget about your worries.
As we all arrive at the house, which is quite a while away, we realise that it's a lot warmer then back at our house. But maybe it's just a warmer evening. Bella locks her car and we all walk up to the double story house which has an extravagant garden out front.
Bella knocks on the door and it opens, revealing Perrie and Eleanor with huge smiles on their faces. Perrie has dyed her hair again, so it's darker purple, and then if fades out closer to the ends into a lilac colour. She's wearing smokey eye shadow and has lusious long lashes.
"You guys look amazing." I say, cuddling them both. Eleanor still looks gorgeous as usual, and has her hair back in a loose bun with little curls coming out the front, framing her face. Perrie is wearing a black mini dress which fades into pink at the bottom. She's got on the exact same coloured pink pumps. I feel like such a drag.
