The rhythmic thud of Izuku's fists echoed in the small, sparsely furnished room as he relentlessly trained under Gran Torino's watchful eye. Days had passed since he first arrived at the old hero's apartment, and each day, Izuku found himself pushed to his limits-and then beyond. Gran Torino, with his unassuming appearance and sudden bursts of speed, was a relentless taskmaster, refusing to allow Izuku even a moment of complacency.

Gran Torino: Come on, kid! Is that all you've got?

Izuku: No, sir!

Izuku's determination had only grown since their first encounter. The fear and self-doubt that had once plagued him were slowly being replaced by an unyielding resolve. Every misstep, every failure, was a lesson, and Izuku absorbed them all, learning to move with the power of One for All in ways he hadn't imagined before.

Gran Torino: Good! But remember, it's not just about hitting hard; it's about control. If you can't control your power, then you're no better than a villain who doesn't know when to stop.

Izuku nodded, sweat dripping down his face, his breath coming in heavy bursts. Control had always been his greatest challenge with One for All. The immense power was both a blessing and a curse, and he knew that until he mastered it, he could never truly be the hero he wanted to be.

As the days blended together in a blur of training, Izuku felt a change within himself-a shift in his mentality. He was no longer just reacting; he was planning, anticipating, thinking several steps ahead. Gran Torino's lessons weren't just about physical strength but about the mental fortitude needed to fight and wield one for all responsibly.

Gran Torino: Alright, that's enough for today.

Izuku collapsed onto the floor, his body aching but his spirit unbroken. Gran Torino handed him a towel, his usual gruff demeanor softened by a hint of approval.

Gran Torino: You're getting there, kid. Still a long way to go, but you're getting there.

Izuku: Thank you...sir.

Gran Torino: Don't thank me yet. The Sports Festival is coming up. That's where you'll really need to show what you've learned. Remember, the world will be watching. Make sure they see a hero, not just a kid with too much power.

Izuku: Yes, sir. I'll make sure of it.

Izuku was slowly beginning to grasp the fundamentals of controlling One For All. Each session left him more exhausted than the last, but with each day, he felt the gap between his current self and the hero he aspired to be growing smaller.

Izuku had finished his training for the 2 weeks a day before the sports festival and now he was ready to exit gran torino's house.

Izuku: "I think I'm getting the hang of it... but it's still not enough. I need to push harder."

Gran Torino, watching from the side, noticed the familiar glint of self-doubt beginning to creep into Izuku's eyes. He sighed inwardly, recognizing the same look he'd seen in many aspiring heroes before.

Gran torino: You're doing better, kid. But don't start doubting yourself now. The minute you think you're not good enough is the minute you'll start holding back again.

Izuku: I understand, thanks for the experience.

Gran torino: Don't mention it kid, we'll at least you learned to channel your power that made training you a lot easier.

Izuku: Yeah I can now handle up 5-8% of one for all.

Gran torino: Good but listen don't go over your limit, don't get impatient and don't loose focus or you'll loose control too, always be calm and alert.
