Its been a while since the main justice league has left the planet. When they left, Adam Strange help with the zeta tube by releasing zeta shields on orbit with the help of CitrineKnight to place them in orbit. Afterwards, they all gather by the Mount Justice.

Adam: We're ready. Zeta Shield relay satellites are all in place. Activating satellites.
The satellites now activate and shields the planet while everyone is watching either from the watchtower or Mount Justice.
