After everything that happened yesterday, I woke up with a decision—I'm going to be Orm today. Right, I almost forgot—I'm in Orm's body now. As I look around her room, a space so different from my own, I start to wonder: what does Orm do every day? School, study, repeat... Is that really it? Maybe she wanted to get into my life because hers feels so monotonous. But there's got to be more to her, something deeper that I haven't seen yet.

I begin to explore her room, running my fingers along the spines of her textbooks, noticing the neatness of her desk. Everything is so organized, so meticulously arranged. It's like she's trying to control what little she can in a life that's been anything but easy. As I pull out a few books, something small and worn slips out from between them. A diary.

"Oh, she keeps a diary?" I whisper to myself, intrigued. I shouldn't invade her privacy, but the temptation is too strong. I open it to the first page, and immediately, my heart tightens.

"I miss my mom."

Just four words, but they carry so much weight. I turn the page, unable to stop myself from delving deeper into Orm's world.

"I miss my mom, but I know she wanted the best for me. She's right; when I hug Ling, it feels like I'm hugging you mom."

A lump forms in my throat. I had no idea she felt this way, that she saw me as a comforting presence in her life. I always thought she was just a loud, extroverted girl, who's always smiling even if there's a problem but this... This is something else. I feel a pang of guilt for ever thinking her life was boring.

I turn the page again, and there it is—my name.

"Ling Ling Kwong."

My breath catches in my throat as I read her next words.

"She's kinda attractive... No, she really is. But she's also mean, rude... Or at least, that's what I thought. Now I see why she built those high walls around herself. She considers herself strong, but I saw her cry in front of me. I saw a young woman who's suffered so much. I'm here for you, Ling. Always."

I never imagined that Orm saw through my facade, that she could understand the pain I've buried so deep. My walls have always been there to protect me, but she... she saw right through them. I feel an unfamiliar warmth spreading through me as I realize that Orm has been quietly supporting me all this time.

Curiosity drives me to turn another page, and I met with a small, angry sticker of a red-faced emoji. Underneath it, Orm had written:

"That Dr. Kirk..."

I can't help but smile at her frustration, imagining her fuming as she wrote it.

"AGHHHH, that doctor really got under my skin! I hate him! Not only did he hurt my Ling Ling, but he also threatened her. I will not let this slide. An 18-year-old will destroy someone like him—AGHHHHHHH!"

I chuckle softly, touched by her fierce protectiveness. She's so young, yet she carries this fiery determination to stand up for me, to fight for what's right. It's endearing, really.

I keep reading until I reach the final page, where an unfinished sentence catches my attention:

"A happy ending... She put the ring in my hand—"

My heart races as I try to imagine what she was about to write, but before I can finish reading, the door swings open with a sudden crash. Orm stands there, eyes wide with shock and panic.
