Jacob POV

I  laid on the couch of my bandmates' and I's dorm. I felt shivers ripple through my body every minute, yet the minute a warm substance touched my  skin, I felt like I was going to explode with heat. The only people who know what happened are Sangyeon and Kevin; who were now in the kitchen, cooking up a storm. As I continued to shiver while exhausted, somebody walked in through the front door from a solo schedule.  Their shorter stature quickly alerted me of who they were.

"Jacob?" Haknyeon asked warily.

"Yeah," I answered in a mumble, as my throat felt like sandpaper.

"Are you hungover?"

That's like the fifth time someone has asked me that, and it was starting to get on my nerves, really not helping the headache pounding my head into  oblivion.

"No, I'm just sick. I caught something a couple of days ago when I went out."

"Is there any way I can help?"

"Sangyeon and Kevin got it. Thanks though."

"Are you gonna be okay?"

"I'll be fine. Go to bed."

"Okay then."

Haknyeon walked away, and his shadowy figure was soon replaced with two.

It was late at night and we'd all just got back from our schedules. To say we were tired was an understatement. I managed to make it to my room, before going face flat on my pillow. The softness felt comforting, but I somehow managed to get up as hunger made itself known. I wandered to  the kitchen, stomach growling, only to find nothing appetizing catching my attention. I went to my room and grabbed my dorm key, about to head  out when a voice stopped me.

"Jacob, where are you going?" Sangyeon's concern-laced voice asked.

"I'm going to get something to eat. I'll grab you something if you want me to."

"I'm fine. Just put on a coat, it's quite chilly out there you know?"

"I know, but I'll be fine. If anyone asks where I went, just let them know. I should be back soon."

I left without another word to go get some tasty convenience store food.

The  next morning, I woke up with a puffy face from the ramen last night, but I didn't care. As I sat up though, the sudden flash of the hallway light made my eyes hurt. I closed my eyes and reopened them, hopeful it was just because it was early, but that didn't help. I just kept my eyes shut as I felt the walls to find the bathroom, managing to do so. The  bathroom light burned through my eyelids. I turned it off and shut the  door, leaving it cracked so I could get the bare minimum of light.

I  did my morning routine in the dim light of the hallway before heading out. I let a grimace cross my face at the light feeling almost blinding. I just barely managed to make it to my room where the light was  thankfully off. I went to my closet on my side of the room, grabbing out my clothes for today. I put on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt with a hoodie. Suddenly, the light flicked on.

It was so quick that I stumbled onto my bed.

"Jacob?" My roommate, Sunwoo, asked.

"Good morning to you too."

"Are you alright?"

"I'm fine."

"Are you hungover?"
