Ash was washed up in front of Professor Kukui's house, unconscious and has a big wound on his head.

With Pikachu
Pikachu- Pika?... Pikachu Pika-pi!? ( What happened?... Where's Ash!? )
Pikachu looked around for a bit, and he saw Prism Tower. But it was a bit far...
Pikachu- 'Pika, Pikachu pi Chu pi! Pika pika chu Pika-pi...' ( I think Clemont and Bonnie are in there! I'll tell them what happened to me and Ash...
Pikachu tried to run to Prism tower, but he was a bit tired and weak, so he laid in the sand and took a little nap to refill his energy.
Clemont- Bonnie, slow down!
Bonnie- Nope! This is a race remember?
Clemont- I didn't agree to have a race to the Gym!
They passed by the beach but the didn't see Pikachu sleeping in the sand, and kept running to the Gym. About 30 minutes later Pikachu woke up and was full of energy again and began to go to Prism Tower. Clemont and Bonnie already reached the Gym and talked about their journey with Ash, Serena, and Pikachu.
Bonnie- I miss them already...
Dedenne- Dedenne... ( Me too... )
Clemont- We can always visit them or call them!
Bonnie- Yeah, I know.
With Ash
Professor Kukui was going to the school when he suddenly saw what he didn't expect to see. He saw Ash covered on cuts and bruises and the worst one yet, a bad wound on his head. Kukui carried the boy to the couch and laid him there. He treated his wounds and wrapped his head with a bandaid cloth. The professor went to get some food and water for the boy, then Ash woke up.
Ash- H-huh? Where am I?
He began to look around for a little while, then looked at his hands.
Ash- Who am I?...
Just then, he heard footsteps coming from the kitchen...it was Professor Kukui!
PK- Oh, I see you're awake! You must be hungry, here, eat this.
Ash- T-thanks...
Ash ate the food that the professor gave him and asked,
Ash- Where am I, and who are you?
PK- I'm Professor Kukui. And you're in the Aloha region. Who might you be?
Ash- ... Uh, that's the problem...I don't remember...
PK- It's ok, don't force yourself to remember, you'll damage your head even more, maybe you'll find out sooner or later! Anyway, I need to go now, I have a class to teach.
Ash- Ok, bye.
After that Professor Kukui left to the school.
