It's been two years since the crash, and Ash is feeling more at home. He still doesn't remember anything before the crash though... His pokemon are Rowlet, Lycanroc, Incineroar, Nebby (the nickname he gave to his Solgaleo), Naganadel, and Melmetal.
In Kalos
Clemont- It's been two years Pikachu!

Clemont- How do you feel now that I've been your new trainer for two years?
Pikachu- Pikachu, pika chupi. ( It's been good, I mean at least someone is looking after me. )
Bonnie- We have some friends coming over later for Ash's death aniversary!
Pikachu- Pika? ( Really? )
Clemont- Yeah, of course! They all miss Ash as well.
Back in Alola:
Lana- Hey Ash! Guess what?
Ash- What is it Lana?
Sophocles- Professor Kukui said that were going on a trip to Kalos, like all of us!
Ash- Really? That's great! I always wanted to see what Kalos looked like.
Kiawe- Well, this is our chance to see Kalos as well.
PB- Ok, is everyone prepared to go?
The class- Were ready!
PK- That's great! Now let's get to the airport, we don't want to miss the flight.
They all went to the airport, got their boarding pass, and boarded their plane. When they reached Kalos, they were all relieved that the plane didn't crash.
Lillie- Oh, thank Arceus our plane didn't crash...
Mallow- Yeah, thank him all you want. Now let's explore Kalos!
Sophocles- Ok, where do we go now?
PB- I've always wanted to try the Lumiose delicacies, why not we go there first?
Ash- Alright!
When they reached the shop, it was packed, as always...
Lana- Aw man! It's packed with people!
PK- Why not come back later?
Kiawe- Good idea, I want to take a look at Prism Tower.
Ash- I'm coming with you!
Lana- Me too!

With Alain and the rest of his group:
Tierno- You know, the more I think about seeing Pikachu again, the more I get excited.
Shauna- Of course! Pikachu is the only one who survived the crash!
Alain- And remember, were not here to just see Pikachu again, but for Ash's death aniversary.

???- Hey, you must be one of Ashy boy's buddies am I right?
Alain- Yes we are. Who might you be? And how do you know Ash?
???- Im Gary Oak. I'm one of Ash's rivals. Might be his oldest one yet...
Shauna- Alright Gary, how did you even know that were Ash's friends?
Gary- He told me all about his trip in Kalos. Heard he was runner-up in the League.
Alain- Yeah, I beat him there. Now, why are you here?
Gary- Ok champion, I was invited by this guy Clemont? Do you know him?
Tierno- Of course we know him, he is also our friend!
With Kiawe, Ash, and Lana
Lana- Are we even near?
Kiawe- Maybe, maybe not, I don't know.
Ash- Hey, there it is! Were near!
Lana- Finally!
Kiawe- Alright, race you guys there!

Ash accidentally bumps into Alain and his group while racing Kiawe to Prism tower.

Gary- You look awfully familiar...
Tierno- Yeah, you do, could you tell us your name and where you're from?
Ash- I'm Ash, from the Alola region!
