Much to Woo's dismay, the chaos at jeongjinak had caused panic and soon he , Wook and Mudeok were all gathered inside the place  no one could leave .

Just then his former master , Park Jin and his fellow classmate Sangho , the clan leader's bodyguard walked into the room.

"One of you has helped Naksu's men who sneaked in here today." He announced as everyone began murmuring. He unconsciously looked at Mudeok whose body was currently carrying the sorcress spirit.

"My lord.Everyone here knows each other.," Dangu said to his uncle earning nods from the some of the mages.

,"On the outside, you all look like those of Songrim. That is why I asked someone for help."

  "Lady Jin Cho-yeon of the Jin family has brought Gwigu." Sangho added.

Just then Jin Cho Yeon one of the five  seasons who was ranked as spring elegantly walked into the room followed by priestesses of Jinyowon carrying a type of dog carved wooden box .

Woo saw the girl's reaction when she made eye contact with his brother. He had forgotten Cho Yeon and Wook were once engaged at some point.

"That must be Gwigu, The Jin family's heirloom." Dangu said.

"Gwigu?As in a dog?" Wook asked to which Woo responded with  nod not liking the situation and so was Mudeok .

"It is a ghost Sapsali that detects sorcery." Yul explained as they turned their attention back to master Park

"There is a soul shifter among us.
And Gwigu will find that individual.,"

"They look like one of us on the outside." Master Heo said , "But Gwigu will find the one who has a different soul within them."

He brought me in here to trap me!  Mudeok glared at the young master. She knew she shouldn't have trusted him . Unfortunately if she moved her cover would be blown but if she stayed that thing would expose her as a soul shifter!

"Close all the doors.Whoever tries to leave this building
will be considered a spy and killed.You may begin." Park Jin orders his men .

Cho Yeon started using her magic summoning the the release of Gwigu. Woo watched as the magic summoned  a dark smoke that  suddenly shot up into the air forming done huge like dog red eyes.

"The alchemy of souls, a type of sorcery has one weakness. There is a gap between the body and the soul. The evil energy seeps out from it. And Gwigu can detect that." Dangu said

   The thing began to jump around the room scaring a good number of people. Mudeok was surprised when Woo stood in front of her .

"Stay calm." He whispered , "I'm right here. Stay right by my side.
No one here will let that thing attack me." He assured her.

Mudeok couldn't fathom the act. Why was he trying to protect her from being caught?

Wook saw his brother defensively stand in front of the maid. What was going on between them?

Woo and Mudeok then saw the Gwigu snarl in their direction jumping to the side of their position. The mage was ready to pull his sword if necessary his eyes not leaving the those of the giant dog thing.

Suddenly the dog jumped , but to the two's surprise it wasn't after them but more precisely the mam behind them. The soul shifter dodged the attack .

Woo and Mudeok watched as the man's face literally started turning to stone .

"He is a soul shifter! Get him!"

The mages and guards ran after the soul shifter forming a circle trapping the body snatcher in it eventually creating
