Gauri Singhania burst into the college cafeteria, her bright smile and infectious laughter drawing attention from everyone around her. She scanned the room, her eyes locking onto Professor Omkara Singh Oberoi, who was sitting in the corner, sipping his coffee.

Gauri's face lit up, and she hurried over to him. "Professor Oberoi! Fancy running into you here!"

Om looked up, his expression neutral. "Gauri."

Gauri plopped down beside him, undeterred by his indifference. "What's new, Professor Oberoi? You've been avoiding me lately. Is everything okay?"

Om shrugged, his tone casual. "Just busy, Gauri. Nothing new."

Gauri's eyes sparkled with determination. "I know you're trying to avoid me. But I won't let you! I'll keep chasing you until you notice me!"

Om raised an eyebrow, his expression still indifferent. Finishing his coffee, he gets out of the canteen.

Gauri shouted, unfazed by his cool demeanor. " I'm not giving up on you!"

Omkara walked out of the lecture hall, his students scrambling to pack their bags and follow him. Gauri lingered behind, chatting with her friends.

"I swear, he's so dreamy," Gauri sighed, her eyes still fixed on the door Om had exited through. "I just can't help how I feel."

Her friends, Rudra and Ishana, exchanged a knowing glance. "Gauri, you've been saying that for months," Rudra teased. "When are you going to give up?"

Gauri's face set in determination. "Never! I know he's just playing hard to get. I'll wear him down eventually."

Ishana chuckled. "You're so confident, Gauri. But what if he's just not interested?"

Gauri waved her hand dismissively. "Oh, he's interested. He's just too proud to admit it. I'll get him to notice me, just you wait."

Rudra shook his head, grinning. "You're something else, Gauri. I'll give you that."

Ishana nodded in agreement. "Yeah, you're like a dog with a bone. You just won't let go."

Gauri laughed, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "Hey, that's me! And I always get what I want."

As they walked out of the building, Gauri's phone buzzed with a text from an unknown number. She frowned, trying to place the number, but it was unfamiliar.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Rudra asked, noticing her expression.

Gauri hesitated, then showed them the text. "I don't know who this is, but...it's kind of creepy."

Gauri, leave Professor Oberoi alone. He's not interested in you.

Ishana's eyes widened. "Whoa, that's harsh. Do you think it's Professor Oberoi himself?"

Gauri's face set in determination. "No way. He'd never stoop to that. Besides, I know he's just trying to hide his true feelings."

Rudra raised an eyebrow. "You're really something, Gauri. I hope you know what you're getting yourself into."

Gauri's eyes sparkled with intrigue. "This just makes things more interesting. I'll find out who's behind this and show them that Gauri Singhania doesn't back down from a challenge."

Ishana and Rudra exchanged a worried glance. "Gauri, be careful," Ishana cautioned. "You don't know who's behind this or what their motives are."

Gauri waved her hand dismissively. "Don't worry about me, guys. I can handle it. Besides, this just gives me more reason to pursue Professor Oberoi. If someone's trying to scare me off, there must be a reason."
