Part 8

Kelly was surprised when she opened the door and saw Dominike. She hates the fact that he shows up unannounced, but this has to stop, along with all the other things she can't stand.

-Hello! What's with the surprised look? She's not happy to see her beloved fiancé. "He made fun of her face."

Kelly thought about saying "no, I'm not", but she didn't want to start a fight before all she had to say to him, so she changed her tune.
- Dominike, I've already asked you to let me know when you want to come over.

- Stop it, darling. In a few months we'll be living under the same roof, so there's no need for that. What's with all the formality?" he said as he tried to kiss her, but she turned her face away."

- Dominike, I've already explained it to you several times and I don't feel like doing it again. Now come on in, since you're here, I'll take the opportunity to tell you a few things.

He entered the house a little angrily after Kelly's reaction, turning her face away when he tried to kiss her. This was just the sum of everything that had been going on for months. Kelendria never wanted to be with him and always avoided him, but it got worse a few weeks ago, after her and Beyoncé reunited.
Kelly walked into the living room as he followed her, and when she sat down on the sofa, he did the same. When he had settled down, he asked her what she wanted to talk about.

I just don't like you anymore and I need to go my own way.

He laughed at what he had just heard and said:

Those words hurt Kelly's heart, because everything played like a movie in her head and reliving that past pain was torturous. But she didn't fall apart in front of him.
- Yes, her! You only got one thing wrong. I don't like her, I love her!

Kelendria had just hurt Dominike's pride and ego. He wasn't going to let it go.

- Stop being an idiot, Kelendria! You stand there, suffering for some silly teenage love, while she's probably out there loving someone else.
She's forgotten you, Kelly! She doesn't even remember you exist anymore. You mean nothing to her anymore!

- You don't even know what you're talking about! Stop bluffing.

- Of course I do! You stayed in her past and right now she's probably kissing and fucking a new love, you fool!

- Dominike, who do you think you are to call me an idiot? Respect me! " Kelly shouted as she pointed her finger in his face.
That just shows that I'm making the right decision! I should have done it much earlier, but it's never too late to start again.

- Why didn't you do it then? Oh, I forgot, it would be hard to find a wonderful guy like me. Who does everything for you! I forgot that detail.

Kelly took a deep enough breath to try to control the anger she was feeling and the great desire to slap him in the face.

- I'll end this here. I don't want to lose my mind.
Take that ring and get out of my life once and for all, Dominike!
And do me a favor and pretend I don't exist! You've always been an immature guy, which makes it impossible to have any kind of dialog with you.

Kelendria took him by surprise. He hadn't expected her to know that.

He got up from the sofa, looked into her eyesand walked towards the door with her behind him without saying a word. As she opened the door for him to leave, shesaw Beyoncé coming towards them.
