LOVE AND REDEMPTION

CHAPTER-2

The room was filled with anger, pain and the love which was lost in the forest of pain and anguish. The eyes made a contact and was exchanging the questions of pain which no one was ready to answer. "LEAVE ME SHIVAAY, HOW MUCH MORE WILL YOU HURT ME", said Annika . Still looking into her eyes he left her hand and shot his last question ," HOW DID EVERYTHING CHANGED OVERNIGHT, HOW DID YOU BECOME LIKE THIS ANNIKA" , his mind said . 

Leaving the room Annika was determined to leave this house and  not come back anytime soon or maybe never . On her way to main entrance she was stopped by a familiar voice and maybe she knew the owner of that voice. MRS.KALYANI SINGH OBEROI , an old lady whose aim to life was just to keep her family  intact any cost and now she had to stop  Annika to save her family 's pride and the pureness of marriage . "ANNIKA , MY CHILD DON'T LEAVE HERE WE ALL NEED YOU AND YOU NEED TO KEEP THIS MARRIAGE MY CHILD PLEASE" , she said with a frail voice as she could not sum all the happening of the night . "DADI , I THINK ITS BETTER TO TALK IN YOUR ROOM" , Annika said not wanting anyone to hear their conversation which could definitely spark a new argument in the house amidst all the chaos. 

"DADI I KNOW WHAT YOU WANT TO SAY , BUT THERE IS NO WAY WE CAN KEEP THIS MARRIAGE INTACT BECAUSE NONE OF US BELIEVE IN THIS MARRIAGE. YOU KNOW THE CIRCUMSTANCES WE GOT MARRIED IN , IT WAS JUST A FORCED RELATION AND A RELATION THAT IS FORCED FROM THE BEGINNING AND IS MADE ON THE BASE OF LIE WILL NEVER LIVE LONG , IT WILL FALL APART FOR SURE . SO, HAVING HOPE TO KEEP THIS MARRIAGE IS JUST WASTE OF TIME " , the words said did not fit well with her thoughts so she said , " BUT PUTTAR BOTH OF YOU ARE MARRIED , I THINK YOU SHOULD GIVE THIS MARRIAGE A CHANCE , MARRIAGE IS A PIOUS RELATION ONE SHOULD NOT BREAK IT. I KNOW BILLU HAS HURT YOU BUT PLEASE GIVE HIM A CHANCE" with a crying tone as she could not bear to see a broken marriage in her family after Tej and Jannvi's . "BUT DADI WHAT ABOUT MY SELF RESPECT , IS IT NOTHING CAUSE I KNOW ONE THING FOR SURE THAT IF TODAY I FORGIVE SHIVAAY IT WILL THE DAY I WILL LOSE MY SELF RESPECT THAT I HAVE LEFT , FOR ME NOTHING IS MORE IMPOTANT THAN SELF-RESPECT EVEN FOR ANY GIRL IT SHOULD BE ABOVE EVERYTHING . DADI WHILE I CAN UNDERSTAND YOU POINT YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND MY POINT AS A WOMAN NOT AS THE ELDER OF THIS FAMILY . SO LET ME LEAVE."  Annika said in a polite way yet with a firm tone . Dadi had left nothing to say after listening to Annika but she wanted to live in the house so she replied , "ANNIKA AS A WOMAN I CAN UNDERSTAND YOU VERY WELL , WHAT HAPPENED WITH YOU WAS WRONG BUT PUTTAR I WANT YOU STAY IN THIS HOUSE TILL THE DIVORCE IS FINALISED SO I CAN MAKE UP FOR THE WRONG THINGS BILLU DID TO YOU . AND I WON'T ASK YOU TO FORGIVE HIM , IT'S A DECISION UP TO YOU , BUT PLEASE PUTTAR DON'T LEAVE . "

With the heavy legs , Annika took long strides towards the room which was nothing but a hell to her because of the man inside . Finally the door was here but Annika was resistant to enter it , with Dadi's voice she directed herself inside the room which smelt of anger , and arrogance of SAHIVAAY SINGH OBEROI who according to him did the right thing for the family's so called pride and royalty.  Listening to the crackling of the door his eyes shot up and saw the woman whom he had feelings for few days ago which was still there but blinded by that anger of him which was a misunderstanding created by not-so-good friend whose whereabouts were nowhere to known . He certainly was mesmerized by her beauty especially the golden ad green colour saree she was wearing made her look like a moon which only Shivaay could afford. Coming out of the trance her asked dadi the reason of  bringing Annika to his room to which she said , "ANNIKA IS YOUR WIFE UNTIL THE NEXT SIX MONTHS SO SHE WOULD BE LIVING HERE , AND I DON'T NEED NAY OBJECTION THIS IS MY FINAL DECISION AND NO ONE CAN QUESTION IT . AFTER WHAT YOU DID TO SHE CERTAINLY  NEDDS TO BE MADE UP TO AND WE CAN DO IT BY LETTING HER STAY IN THIS HOUSE AND GIVING HER THE RESPECT SHE DESERVES  , ESPECIALLY YOU BILLU REMEMBER TO APOLOGISE TO ANNIKA . "

Dadi's  word made Shivaay angry cause for him Annika was a characterless woman who could do anything to get rich. He wanted oppose that idea but since this was dadi's decision he had no choice but to obey it . Without listening anything dadi left the room as Shivaay was also tired of the charade he just needed some rest.  With dadi leaving the room was left with the two souls who were suffocated with the atmosphere and needed the space . Without wasting anytime Annika was ready to leave the room only to be question , "WHERE ARE YOU GOING", to which she replied , "TO THE POOL SIDE BECAUSE STAYING WITH YOU IN THIS SAME ROOM IS SUFFOCATING FOR ME , IT'S BETTER IF I LEAVE  "  in a monotonous tone. Shivaay did not have anything to say , once there was time where they could stay in the same room and argue for the whole day but today everything was falling apart their love and their trust over each other .
