"AH I SEE THAT" Aiden pointed abandoned red car at the side of the road, aiden pushed you a little and gestured to go check on the car. You sighed and ran to the car, you noticed there were keys in the car.
"Does it have keys?" Ashlyn asked, you then grabbed the keys from the middle slot, you then raised your hand to show the keys, "Yeah!!" you nodded.
The others then went to the back to the car, Ashlyn paused. Probably nervous to drive again. "Want me to drive?" Aiden asked from the broken car window at the driver seat.
"Didnt you say you've only driven go karts?"
"Yeah but thats basically the same thing?"
It was clear Aiden was a rough driver, from what Ashlyn had to embrace herself every time he would stop. You on the other hand, were patching up Tyler with Taylor and Ben.
"We're here!!"
Ashlyn embraced herself as aiden stopped in front of the school. Ashlyn looked back to the backseat, "hows he doing..?" She asked. "We snitched what we could and wrapped the rest, but so much was torn and broken. He keeps soaking through the all the bandages and cloth" Taylor said.
Suddenly Ashlyn heard something, immediately demanding Aiden to turn the truck off, saying it was nearby.
"Dont shut the door when we get out. It might hear them slam"
"Are you okay, ben?" You asked as you help Taylor to get tyler behind Ben's back, he nodded. "Okay.." You nodded in confirmation, then you all make to the school.
Ben's dad had an idea to use the school's football field lights to ward off the centipede creature. Since the generator for the school bus graveyard worked. The theory is that the generator for the school lights will work too.
Time has stopped so the power supply isnt running, but you guess due to the time paradox, the generator still thinks that power is being fed to the lights.
To do that though, we need the keys to control room. Taylor knows where coach usually keeps them, since she hangs around Tyler and the team so often.
"How much further?"
"Down this hallways and couple more classrooms down"
You notice how dark it got, you all then looked at window to see the centipede phantom charging at you.
"Run!!"
You all the started running, you then had familiar memory. Running for your life because a phantom was changing you. Aiden then grabbed your wrist, seeing you being slow than everyone.
Logan then stopped and raised his gun, ready to shoot the phantom.
