"Hold on, Pipsqueak!"

Pippa's first day was quite eventful, but her first night was even more fun-filled.

It all started when, at the brink of dawn, Fred Weasley woke her up.

"Pippa Pipsqueak, wake up!" He whispered into her ear.

She sat up quickly, her wand pointed in front of her. (She couldn't see without her glasses.)

"Pips, it's me. Fred. No need to worry!" He said as he picked her glasses up from the nightstand and handed them to her.

Fred was standing next to her bed, fully dressed in robes. Had he even gone to sleep? Who knows. But he was somehow in the girl's dormitories.

"How the hell'd you get up here?" She questioned, setting her glasses atop her nose,"rumor has it the stairs turn to a slide when a boy tries to climb them."

"Aye, it's not a rumor. George tried six times before giving me a go," he said, grabbing onto Pippa's hands and pulling her from the bed.

Pippa was dressed in a "Mary Poppins" nightgown and her hair was braided into two thin braids.

"Mary Poppins? Really, pipsqueak?" Fred questioned.

"Yes, really. Anyway. How'd you get up?" She slipped her feet into her baby blue flip-flops.

"It's a bloody magic school, what do you think I did?" He laughed,"I used a broomstick, of course!"

Pippa nudged him and smiled.

"Never rode on one of those," she commented.

"Well, you're about to," he smiled at her, grabbing her hand and dragging her into the girl's study, where a very old broomstick lay against the wall.

Fred picked it up and straddled it.

"Come along, Wade," he said.

Pippa came up to the broom and climbed on it, putting her arms around Fred.

And then they were in the air. It was crazy. They soared down the stairs and into the den, they zoomed out of the painting, and then they flew above all the stairs down to the Great Hall.

George followed close behind them, yelling happily along the way.

"Woohoo!" Pippa giggled.

And out the doors of Hogwarts they flew. Above the Lake, over the castle, everywhere.
Eventually they landed on the bridge. Fred and George hopped off their brooms mid-air, leaving Pippa hanging there.

"Help me down, boys!" She yelled so that they could hear.

"Nope. You're going to fly a broom," George laughed as his broom fell out of the sky and into his hand.

"No, no I'm not!" She panicked a bit,"Let me down!"

"No!" Fred chanted, and snapped his fingers.

The broom jerked forward, causing Pippa to lose her balance and fall, hanging on just with her hands.

"Help me now!!" She screamed.

"No! Just get back on the broom, Pippa!" She heard one of them yell.

Pippa Wade swung one leg over the broom, and then the other. She tried to lift herself up more, but she couldn't. She didn't have enough strength.
Suddenly, the broom took off. Flying in zig-zags, it made its way to the Lake surrounding Hogwarts.
Pippa's face went white as she felt her grip slipping.

"Help, you nitwits!" She yelled, her hands slipping from the broom handle so that she was hanging upside down.

Pippa screamed as the broom began to shake.
