When he woke up, he saw that what he suspected to be a dream was indeed a reality.

- Oho oho! Who would have thought that you would wake up so quickly! - Misu was lying on the other bed, dressed in her yellow cloak

- I fall asleep quickly and get up quickly...but why are you on your feets?

- My cloak is so comfortable that I only need a few hours of sleep.

-Do you sleep in it? - For a boy who can't imagine wearing anything to sleep, it was extremely strange

- You can believe me that you sleep well in it. My wonderful cloak is great for doing almost anything. What do we do? Because you don't plan on just lying there and doing nothing, do you?

- Honestly, I don't have any plans...

- Well, that's perfect! Let's go to the tower and see the city from above! I've always wanted to see something from such a height, and when I was looking for you, I saw a cool tower!

But before they went to the very nice stone tower, they had to eat something. Both of them agreed with this statement, the only thing left to do was find a source of good food. Yuso walked through the city, letting Misu guide him. When he walked alone, he usually bought food at the market, loaded whatever he could into his backpack and then ate it. Other times he ate in the inns where he was sleeping, but this nasty one where they met didn't offer any food. After all, why eat when you can drink? He wasn't really energetic about looking for a place with great food, on the other side the girl in a yellow cloak was eagerly looking around.

- Oh... This is the place! - with a lot of excitement in her voice, she pointed at a small building with the sign "Rolland's rolls". She sniffed to make sure - Yes, this is definitely the place! It's a bakery!

It actually looked and smelled like a bakery. The young boy had visited the bakery once or twice, but he didn't know what was so exciting about it.

- I once heard that in such places, apart from bread or rolls, there are also salty snacks, perfect for anything other than dinner. Come on, let's choose something.

That's how he landed a few minutes later with three different salty snacks in his hands. Same with Misu. They sat down on a random small wall and started eating. After a few more minutes their hands were empty, it was time for the consultation.

- Dear God, how good it was. - the salty delicacies did not disappoint the white-haired woman's expectations

- Yes, it was. Especially the one with onion.

- Did you also like the onion one the most?! Well, you see how well we are matched! I don't know if all of them are that good, or whether Mister Rolland (while shopping, listening to other people's conversations, they learned that Rolland is the nickname of the owner) makes such amazing onion snacks, but when it comes to things like this, they are probably the best I have ever eaten in my life!

- Let's go buy some more, I would eat some more and, as you say, we don't know if other bakeries will also be as good.

In the end, they ate two other snacks and three onion ones each. The only downside of eating onion is the fact that the smell from their mouth is quite unpleasant, so before visiting the tower they bought water with lemon, after drinking which the onion smell gave way to the lemon scent. After all of this, it was time for the planned attraction of the morning.

- What the fuck are you doing here at 6 a.m.? Did the vampire kill your mother or what's going on?

Although it wasn't the nicest of greetings, Yuso was happy with it because he didn't have to start a conversation with the monk standing in front of the gate himself.

- Can we climb the tower? We wanted to look at the city from above.- Yuso was even happier because Misu took the role of the talking head

A monk dressed in a potato sack-like outfit with a silver necklace with a thick needle at the end took a closer look at the two young people with his slightly clouded eyes.

- NO. - both now and before, these words were not spoken in a particularly friendly tone

- I don't want to be rude, but the baker told us that anyone who wants can climb the tower. - the girl suspected that there might have been some misunderstanding

- Nope and that's it. Should I call the guards?

- And you're not a guard? - the longer Yuso looked at him, the more he suspected that alcohol was a significant reason for the monk's attitude.

Hearing this, the grimace on the monk's face became even more unfriendly.

- Here and now, I decide who enters the tower and who doesn't, and I won't let you in here.       Go away, you're just wasting your time.

Suddenly, the monumental entrance in front of which the monk was standing opened its wings and a short teenager dressed in a habit emerged, showing a much higher status than the unpleasant man. The cut was clearly made for his figure, the material looked much more impressive, but in fact even someone with advanced visual impairment would say that the young man must be of high status because his habit had gold ornaments. However, it was not his outfit that caught Misu's eye first, but the very well-groomed, long blond hair that adorned his head.

- Did you want to go up to the tower and look at the city? - his voice suggested that he was still going through puberty or that his vocal chords had passed through this period unchanged

- Yes. - the pale girl felt obliged to answer, after all, it was her initiative to go here

- And you didn't want to let them in or what? - although earlier he had greeted them with an exceptionally friendly smile, now he looked with great superiority at the drunk gate guard, one could easily say that his gaze was downright paralyzing.

- I.... I'm sorry, Sir, I didn't know that these were your guests... I... I.... no one told me that some guests would come here... - his voice was definitely different from the one heard a moment ago

- I'll deal with you later, now give your flask to some early bird city drunkard and do what the Almighty tells you, and you follow me.
