shinso had invited you to a cute hole in the wall cafe, telling you a story about how his foster mother had shown him the cafe when he was younger. you guessed he had a pretty rough childhood from what he'd told you so far. and now, the subject had changed to you and hanta's situation.

"i get it, but, blocking him is a bit much. try to hear him out, maybe it was a misunderstanding..?" he was trying to look at it from hanta's side, that makes two of us.

you had tried to understand why the boy would shut you out like that on a random whim. maybe you had been too much? pushed him too fast? or maybe he just wasn't that into you. at this point in the conversation you were getting annoyed with the missing piece of information. what had you done to piss of the dark-haired boy so much?

later on, shinso had walked you back to 1-a's dormitory. with a wave goodbye you watched the boy disappear from your view. he was good company to keep. according to him, he was moving up to 1-a in the upcoming semester.

you thought the boy deserved it, he was a hero in the making. once inside the dormitory, eyes from all over the common room shifted over to you. it was odd, staying with a class, and not truly being enrolled in their school.

"ah! l/n, were you just with shinso? isn't he wonderful!?" midoriya starts to ramble to you while you prepare some tea. he was quite adorable, but the physique did NOT match the face. his face scared you a bit, but eyes with oddly neat freckles. but nonetheless, just like almost everyone else in their class, he was good looking.

hanta had asked to speak with you in his dorm, not wanting to create a scene in front of his classmates. you guys had now been arguing in circles for the past 20 minutes.

"for fucks sake! you are grown, if you wanna speak then speak! don't just fall off the face of the earth after leading me on. that's just a shit thing to do hanta." your heart rate was at an all time high at the moment and you were using the adrenaline to your advantage. you watched hanta pace the room, clearly stressing about what you had just said.

"lead you on? you cannot be serious. nobody likes me, im messy, im inconsistent, im not a good person to be in a relationship with. i was doing you a favor. im sorry for blowing you off but i just want what's best for you!" his voice was getting a bit louder, his statements were making you all the more angry.

"no. no, don't pull that. you do not just get to decide my feelings toward you! don't you dare. i know what's best for me, not you. you wanna be messy? i'll clean you up. you wanna be inconsistent? i'll keep you consistent. not reciprocating my feelings is one thing, hanta. but the way you've been acting says other wise." you stop for a moment to catch your breath, before continuing.

"just be honest with yourself. and me while your at it." and that was that, you had laid all your feelings out on a silver plater waiting for the boy's response.
