"Big day today," Vlad said, reaching for his toothbrush. "We've got that history test first period." Jasper nodded, his mouth full of toothpaste foam, and gave a thumbs-up. As they finished up, Vlad checked his reflection one last time, making sure his tie was straight. Jasper grabbed his backpack, slinging it over one shoulder. "Ready?" Vlad asked, turning off the bathroom light. Jasper nodded, a determined look on his face. "Ready."
