The next morning I wake up feeling worse than before. I slept in the bed next to Kaila instead as I didn't wanna get her sick too.
"Morning girl is you good?" She asks me and I shake my head.
"Nah I need some pills or something I'm not getting up." I say laying back down.
"Imma get you something. Do you want me to get the first aid people up here or nah?" She asks.
"Nah if I need anything I'll go down there." I say and lay down going on my phone.

Eventually I get up and start getting ready as Bryneisha has an open mic night performance and I wanted to go and support her.
I was sat with Adryan while doing my makeup.
"Are you better?" Adryan asks.
"Yeah a little bit I can live to go watch Neisha perform." I say putting on some highlight.
"I'm excited for that I hope she can actually rap and it's not terrible." Kaila says walking in.
I laugh with Adryan.
"Hasn't she rapped a little something for yall before?" I ask.
"Oh yeah that's true I hope she does good when actually performing because nerves can catch up to people when it really matters." Adryan nods.

We all get out of the van and make our way into the place and find ourselves a section as we wait for it to start.
"I actually run something called the battle rap company aka la battle grounds but tonight is about a young lady called neisha who is also a rapper." Alkatraz says on the mic as we cheer for her and watch her go up to get the mic.
Neisha does her rap and we all cheer loudly she was doing really well.
"ITS LIT!" Adryan yells.
She comes to sit down and we find another take and order drinks doing a toast.
