Chapter VII: Bad Luck

Bea's POV

My mom this morning told me that we could get a pet. I love cats. Yeah... I know dogs may be cutter but that's what I like...sorry. We talked and I told her I'll take full care of the cat if she lets me get one and we got a deal. She took me to the Animal Shop, but there was no cats and I want to adopt one, not buy it. So we went to a Rescue and Animal Shelter and I got and beautiful kitty. Her hair was dark grey, very shiny and bright. I called her Chesire, like the cat in Alice in Wonderland but without the second -h.

When we got home I called Gray and told him I had a surprise. He was so excited that came running.
"Were you working out Gray?"
"No, I'm just excited to know what it is! By the way... Show it to meeee!" He was unlike excited.

Grayson's POV

I was in the living room waiting for the surprise. I didn't really know what it was at first but then I saw cat food and water in a bowl. "Shit! Bea don't bring the surprise yet!" I yelled so she could listen. "How could I be so stupid? I didn't tell her about my allergies" I thought to myself while she was coming down the stairs with a little cat in her hands. She was so pretty. "She didn't hear me" I thought again. "Babe, stop right there don't come any closer...Scht"
"What? Why baby? What happened?"
"Scht...Scht... I'm allergic to cats...Scht...and dogs and any animal with hair and syliba" She went running back upstairs and left the cat up there. "Thank you" I sigh.

Bea's POV

What Am I going to do? The kitty has been all over the house. I don't want to go to the hospital today. I went back downstairs, washed my hands, grabbed his and got out of the house.
"I'm sorry babe I didn't know"
"Don't worry babe, I forgot to tell you" He said softly kissing my sheek. "Well now you can't come in soooo... What do you want to do?" I asked him. "We could stay here all night. Cuddle and sleep under the stars" I laughed and kissed his forehead. "I'm allergic to mosquito bites and they come to me like bees to the honey." We both laughed at our allergies and sat on the steps of the porch.
