Her siblings are of different races, as her mother had a few failed relationships with men of various nationalities. There was once a little boy she treasured the most because he was the only person who truly understood her. But one day, that boy disappeared without a trace.

Niko is a P-pop idol and one of the most popular artists of his generation in the Philippines. He is loved by everyone. However, he has sacrificed his private life to achieve his dreams. Little do people know that he has secretly been in love with his childhood friend since he was a child. But one day, he meets Perlas, a barista at a nearby coffee shop-and everything changes.
