"Please send your assignment tomorrow morning and take back all the files on my desk. I will be back once my work is done, but we'll keep in touch from time to time. I will ask Mr. Yoo, to take over your classes throughout my absence. Understand?" Haeyun asked them as she stared at the papers she had on her hands.
"Where will you go, Miss Seon?" one of her students asked as they raised their hand to ask.
Haeyun looked at them with poker face. Like always. Cold and emotionless but she had everything.
"I will continue to do my research in my hometown. I know this will take a long time but I hope I can finish about this. My thesis and research have almost come to the end if I could go and see it by myself for the last time." she answered with a serious tone.
"What research? Other dinosaurs or anything else?" they asked again.
Haeyun put down her books and smirked at them. It's time to ask about their opinion.
"In history, there's not only about past life, old things and dinosaur but it also involves in many kinds of aspect." She said out of blue, but it made most of her students in the hall room fall into confusion.
"Myth. You must think that I would be an archeologist and historian, right?" as she asked them that question, they slowly nodded their head in agreement.
"Mythologist. I've been undergo a lot of practical research and research about myth creatures. Why? Just because I'm curious about their existence in this world. Are they really existing? No? Yes?"
"If yes, then why, how, what, and when? if no, why human still mention their name?" she continued again. Once more. Left her students in speechless instead of being confused.
Indeed, her students loved to learn and lead by Haeyun herself as she was really top among all lecturers in that university. Yes. She continued her studies in bachelor of history by learning mythology. Sounds crazy but that's the fact from her after 10 years.
Graduating from high school and continued her journey as a lecture in one of the biggest and most famous universities in South Korea.
"One last question. Do you believe in the existence of vampires?"

Haeyun picked up all her books and put it inside the box. She had only left a few boxes before heading to her hometown. A knock sound on the door distracted her attention as she saw her father watch her tidy everything up.
"Ready to go?" he asked and walked towards Haeyun before slowly taking a seat at the edge of her bed.
Haeyun looked down and sighed as she turned her gazed towards her father. The feeling of leaving her father alone was a tough decision since her father was getting old. for sure, Mr. Seon needed Haeyun by his side as he had no one. His beloved wife went back to her place. A place where couldn't be seen by human beings. It's just can be imagined and talked in real life but couldn't be felt by living souls on earth.
Mrs. Seon passed away 5 years ago due to leukemia. Indeed, it was a difficult time for both Haeyun and her father. Haeyun postponed her study session just to grieve for the loss and take care of her father as that old man is always in sick condition. Her father was diagnosed with cardiac problems, and several heavy activities might cause a big problem. Due to this, he stopped working and let Haeyun handle his company while she was free. Moreover, Mr. Seon always collapsed, and the tiredness form could affect his health.
Haeyun hired a new private doctor and nurse to taken care of her father every time she needed to work outside and out of reach from her father. She knew she had new responsibility as a daughter to take care of her sick father. It must and should be done without complaining.
Haeyun sent the boxes that filled with all of her books outside of her bedroom. She turned back and switched glanced with her father. Felt of guilty and sad were all over her mind and body.
"This is going to be my last project before submitting my thesis. After that, I can continue with my jobs." She said and took a seat next to her father.
"You should follow me, instead, father." She added, but Mr. Seon just shook his head and smiled.
"it's been a long time since I didn't go there. It doesn't feel like home if I stay there too. There's not many memories to me. But, here..."
"Your mother created a lot for me." He said again and smiled.
Haeyun slowly held her father's hand, and she smiled bitterly.
