You sat on the couch, totally frozen with wide eyes and mouth agape. You could barely even process what you were seeing.
Holy shit.
Even though you had been told earlier, you were finding it hard to believe.
This definitely is not your original reality. This is the MHA universe.
After Lilith left, you decided to walk around the house, and you just so happened to find a TV in one of the living rooms.
You almost skipped right past it—after all, TV wasn't exactly a priority in a time like this—but something drew you to it. Curiosity? Nostalgia? A desperate need for any semblance of normalcy? You didnt know.
But guess what was playing when you turned it on? The sludge villain incident. All Might, in all his glory, was on the TV, just like in the first episode of the show you'd watched so many times before.
Except this time, it felt different. More real. More dangerous.
"This is crazy..." you muttered to yourself. But there was no denying it. You really were in a world where superpowers were the norm, aswell as heroes and villians.
Except, they aren't just typical cliche villains now, they were real people. Real people, who could actually harm you.
The reality of it all started to settle in, and along with it, a creeping sense of dread.
Back home, this was all just entertainment—a fantasy to escape to. You'd laugh at the over-the-top battles, get invested in the character arcs, and daydream about what it would be like to have a quirk of your own.
But now, this world wasn't just some adventure, it was a potential death trap.
'What do I even do now?...'
'I'll just go take a walk outside.' You decided. Maybe the fresh air would help clear your head, help you think of a plan. Anything to stop the spiraling panic.

The front door creaked open as you stepped out into the sunlight, the warmth on your skin doing little to alleviate the cold pit of anxiety growing in your stomach.
You took a deep breath, trying to steady yourself.
The neighborhood around you looked almost normal—like something out of a postcard. Rows of neat houses, freshly cut lawns, and kids playing in the street.
It was peaceful.
You needed to clear your head, so you kept walking, letting your feet take you wherever they wanted.
The neat rows of houses and manicured lawns gradually gave way to a wide, open space.
You squinted, realizing you’d reached the edge of the neighborhood. Beyond it, you could see the glimmering blue of the ocean.
A beach.
Oh, this is beach I woke up here in.
Drawn by the sight, you made your way down the path leading to the shore. The sound of the waves crashing against the sand filled your ears, a soothing rhythm that almost made you forget your worries. Almost.
The beach was empty, except for a few seagulls swooping low over the water, probably looking for food.
You kicked off your (choice of shoes), letting your toes sink into the warm sand as you walked closer to the water’s edge.
The ocean stretched out before you, vast and seemingly endless, and for a moment, you felt small—insignificant in the face of something so grand.
You stood there, letting the waves lap at your feet, the salty breeze ruffling your hair. It was peaceful here, a stark contrast to the turmoil in your mind.
As you stared out at the ocean, the soothing rhythm of the waves began to calm your racing thoughts.
But then, something unusual caught your attention. A strange sensation started to build within you, like a low hum resonating from deep inside.
You tried to brush it off as nerves, but the feeling persisted, growing stronger.
The water at your feet seemed to respond to it, gently swirling around your ankles as if drawn in by an unseen force.
Confused, you took a step back, but the water followed, mimicking your movements almost as if it was alive.
You blinked, staring at the ocean as if it would suddenly provide an answer.
A sudden gust of wind sent a shiver down your spine, and you instinctively raised your hands in front of you.
And to your surprise, a stream of water arched gracefully from the waves and curved into a shimmering ribbon, held by your outstretched hands.
You gasped, stumbling backward and nearly losing your balance.
The water ribbon fell back into the ocean with a soft splash, but the reality of what just happened was sinking in.
"What..." you muttered, staring at your hands as if they weren't supposed to be there.
The hum inside you was now a full-blown thrumming, and as you focused, you could feel it pulsing in rhythm with the flow of the tide.
Curiously, you decided to go deeper into the water, hoping that being closer to the source might give you better control.
As you moved further into the ocean, the sensation inside you intensified.
The water seemed to welcome you, wrapping around your legs and pulling you in. The energy was overwhelming, and you felt a strange, almost painful sensation as your form began to change.
You watched in awe as your body suddenly started to expand, growing larger and larger and your skin turning to a dark blue.
Your limbs elongated and thickened, and a massive, seemingly powerful, tail emerged from behind.
Blue scales erupted across your body, each one reflecting hues of azure and sapphire. They covered you like an intricate armor, giving you an awe-inspiring, dragon form.
Your arms each transformed into something that looked like wings, each ending in sharp, clawed talons.
Your eyes glowed with a blue hue, pupils now slitted.
Your now long and slim form looked to have water surrounding all parts of your body, like a shield of sorts.
'What the heck? I'm a... dragon now?'
That was all you thought, before suddenly losing consciousness.
